Provide Real Time Carrier rates for eCommerce integration - or provide UPS/USPS/FedEx credentials so we can use 3rd party plugins to pull the rates.

Shipstation is not currently able to push any live rates to selling channels. It would be great to be able to pass those ShipStation rate savings on to our online customers. We use a custom Pinnacle cart as our selling channel. Thanks!

We currently have ShipStation linked to our Woocommerce store. Currently, we have to use the USPS and FedEx shipping plugins to get accurate rates for each carrier. Would love to have ShipStation provide these rates for customers during checkout! This would reduce two plugins (potential problems) for our site and two annual subscription costs. Would also like to be able to provide customers with your new UPS shipping options as well.

I recently added UPS as a shipping option. The international rates are good, they seem to be discounted from what I would normally get. I added a UPS plugin to my woocommerce webshop, so customers would have the option to choose UPS with their orders. But when I set it up I used my personal UPS account login info and access key, so it's pulling rates from my account which is way more expensive. Would it be possible to enter a shipstation acct number and access key so it pulls the more accurate cheaper shipstation costs? Currently there's no way to share these cheaper UPS rates with my customers.

I second, third and fourth vote this up. We need live rates for USPS, UPS and FedEx during customer checkout. We love shipstation and how easy it is to use... this would make it even better.

Hi Shipstation - Can you please offer/integrate Live Carrier shipping pricing with Squarespace? Shipstation provides this to Shopify and Big Commerce customers/integrations. This is an absolutely necessity, and it makes little sense to not include this feature. What is the reason why this is currently not included with the integration? Thank you for your prompt assistance and support.

Please add in cart delivery options to Shipstation for Woocommerce UPS shipping options. Our negotiated rates are available to our customers on woocommerce but are not available to us in shipstation. We were told that shipstation was compatible with ups through woocommerce and now we are told that is not the case. Please rectify this.

Hi, Please integrate into woocommerce to allow for showing real time shipstation UPS rates at checkout. This is a much needed feature to prevent over-charging our customers on shipping.

It would be beneficial to offer USPS first-class and Media rates for In-Cart Delivery Options for Squarespace. I have small items that would qualify for first-class rates and course books. I lose customers because they are outraged to pay priority mail and retail ground rates for such a small item. This adjustment to the Squarespace cart would increase my sales immensely.

Live rates with EXPECTED DELIVERY DATE is the real winner! Too hard to try to explain on the checkout page how 3-day doesn't get picked up on Saturday but 2-Day does. Expecting customers to figure out the time in transit is asking way too much.

PLEASE do this. I have a SquareSpace store and I can't pass on the lower ShipStation rates to my customers at checkout. You do this for Shopify, why not with SquareSpace?

Shipstation is leaving a a lot of money on the tabel by only being a label company instead of a complete 1 stop shop for shipping needs. By the prices alone I thought Shipstation was a complete shipping plugin but I was extremely disappointed when I seen it's only for labels which is the least needed. The main thing we shippers need from shipstation is live rates, professional tracking & more shipping features that will improve our customer experience but printing labels are easy so shipstation needs to invest less time into labels & transform into a 1 stop shop shipping platform especially for the huge woocommerce who desperately need a professional shipping plugin with live rates, pro tracking & more because all the generic shipping plugins we have now are D grade. We need a professional all in 1 shipping plugin in wordpess / woocommerce so shipstation come grab this easy money off the tabel.

UP UP UP UP We, at least me losing business because of this missing feature. I just added UPS to offer customers better rates on heavy shipments but then I have to adjust the discount rates displayed to customers which I can never get right. Please allow us to display live rates on woocommerce as you do for Shopify and Magento. Thank you

I am not going to live through the nightmare of another USPS Christmas season. There has to be a way to offer correct UPS rates through WooCommerce. PUHLEEZE

ShipStation deployed the Checkout Rates feature early in 2021 (previously called In-Cart Delivery Options). It currently works for Shopify, Magento, Wix, and BigCommerce store integrations. But there are more store integrations planned!

We will leave this idea in the Started status until we have a few more stores added to the feature.

Many people use a plugin by a third party company which provides live rates, but has lots of other issues.  I also have to pay them to use the plugin.  This is totally ridiculous, please support live rates!

Wow. This is disappointing to learn one of ShipStation's main selling points of a discounted UPS rate can't actually offer those rates to the end-customers for WooCommerce. WooCommerce accounts for the majority of eCommerce websites. From a development standpoint it should be very simple:

 

1. Require the WooCommerce UPS Shipping plugin
2. Add a tokenized endpoint to fetch the Shipstation UPS account key

3. Override the UPS API call to place your account into it so the customer gets your negotiated rates

 

That's it. I could have something like this programmed in a few days there. What gives?
