Remove inventory in Bulk

Hey there,

While we have a dedicated 'Receive Inventory' screen for adding stock, we don't currently have a matching bulk UI screen for deducting stock or accepting negative numbers.

However, you can actually bulk-update and reduce your stock using a CSV Import. 

Instead of telling the system to 'subtract' a specific number, a CSV import simply overwrites your inventory to whatever new total you put on the spreadsheet.

How to bulk-update your inventory:

1. Go to the Products tab, click Export, and select Inventory. This gives you a spreadsheet of your current stock levels.

2. Update the StockLevel column on the spreadsheet to reflect your new, reduced stock totals.

3. Go to Products > Import > Inventory and upload that updated CSV.

The system will instantly overwrite your old stock counts with your newly reduced numbers!

I will absolutely still submit your idea for a dedicated 'Deduct Stock' UI screen to our Inventory Product Team, as having a quick way to manually subtract stock without a spreadsheet would be a great quality-of-life update. Thanks for sharing!
