Hi Shipstationers, 

The subject explains this one pretty well. Just want to be able to use [Carrier Nickname] as a field replacement in the email templates.

    Hear hear!

    Our email notifications are awful. We need nicknames for [Shipping Service] too.

    I hate that our emails say:

    Thanks for your order! It was shipped via Australia Post MyPost Business Express Post (over 5kg) B21, on 17/6/2026. 

    It’s terribly ugly and almost unreadable.

    Can't it just say:

    Thanks for your order! It was shipped via Australia Post Express Post on 17/6/2026.
