I have a lot of customers that send or return orders, when they responsible for the shipping
in this case I can use the return option provided and records receiving and adding the item back to inventory
Because, the return option works only when you create shipping label, I suggest option similar to “ mark as shipped “ when you can enter the currier with out creating ( purchase) the shipping
