This is a major issue right now for us; we're using two separate platforms due to the lack of such a simple feature. Can Royal Mail 24 & Royal Mail 48 (not to be confused with Tracked24 & Tracked48) be added so we can use one system?
It's a real annoyance, and because of this one small feature, we're constantly looking for a better platform! It's so frustrating!
