Royal Mail CN 23 Custom Forms have stopped printing with label

Hi,

The customs forms have stopped printing automatically with the label as per the end of March 2024.

Manually printing out the forms is not practical for high volume shipments.

Please can this feature be reintroduced.

    Same Issue for us as well.  

    This needs fixed URGENTY.  There may have been quite a few orders that have already slipped by, as the staff would not notice these things, causing customs to return these items.

    Apparently they are aware of the issue and working on it.

    On the shipments page we have added the column Custom Forms to double check once processed.
