The column “Shipping Account” has “Billing Account” Data in it.
Then the Filter titled “Shipping Account” only filters by the Shipping Account leaving “Billing Account” data included in the column unfiltered.
Suggested Fix:
- Shipping Account should only have the Accounts that are owned by the ShipStation user
- Add a New Column called Billing Account, which will include both the Recipient Accounts #’s and the ShipStation user Shipping Account #’s, depending on who was billed (Prepaid, Freight Collect, Third Party)
