You can actually do this right now! To get your Order Number, SKU, and Shipping Cost together in a single CSV, you just need to build a custom export using Shipment Line Items.
Here is how to set it up:
Go to your Shipments tab.
Click Export Shipments at the top.
Select Export Shipment Line Items
Click Create a New Format.
Add only these three fields to your new format layout:
Order - Order Number
Item - SKU
Amount - Shipping Cost
Name your format and click Save.
Once saved, just click Export to instantly download your clean CSV with exactly those three columns!
Ok, we are making progress. My end goal is to be able to see single item orders. Is there a way to do that?
We are trying to narrow down our small single item orders that are costing us so much in shipping and barely making a profit and sometimes losing money.
Not on multi SKU orders. You can try adding dims and weights on all your products and see which items are the largest or heaviest and see which cost the most and work from there?
Database work: Home>Conditional Formatting>Highlight Cells Rules>Duplicate Values>Drop down select Unique. This function will highlight all order #’s that only appear once within the spreadsheet. I then sorted by cell color in the orders section and deleted all other orders and was able to work my data accordingly.
