Hello team,
Could we add a sound notification for incoming chat messages and when an agent connects?
Right now, without an audio alert, we have to keep the chat window open and visible at all times to ensure we don't miss a reply, which makes it difficult to work in other applications. A sound notification would greatly improve efficiency.
