Adding support for bundled or kitted products in on our 2021 roadmap for Product Record improvements. We will update this and other related posts when we have completed work on this. Thank you for all your feedback!

This is something we have been asking for with a different twist. We take multiple skus and bundle them into a new sku for a discounted price. When the new sku comes to ship station there is no way to break it into the multiple products so that the customs declaration has all of the individual products that make up that one sku. So we have to enter all the customs declarations manually. Would love to see this support by Shipstation

In support of Scott Aulds Emissary Ventrues comment, we second the need to be able to split a bundled SKU into its components so as to automatically populate customs declaration fields with individual product info. This is a must for international shipping! Thanks.

This feature would bring a lot of value to your customers. Right now, there's not a clear way to manage inventory for kitted items.

This should definitely already be implemented, I don't understand how customers vote on things, and yet somehow things that are much lower on votes get developed before what everyone is asking for?

This would certainly help us. We are managing this roday by setting up automation alerts but this can lead to human error. The whole point we use ShipStation in the first place.

After waiting 3 years, I decided to implement Finale inventory management system to address the bundling issue. Tight integration with SS and affordable.

Bundles/kit is a big flaw in ShipStation. It would really help, if we could setup kits in shipstation.

I want to have SKU's that are composed of children SKU's so when the parent SKU is sold, the inventory of all the children SKU's is reduced. This is not the Parent/Variants functionality or the aliases. A real example would be: I have SKU1, SKU2, SKU3. I want to create a pack for my customers with a special price including SKU1+SKU2+SKU3. I create that pack and assign SKU4 to it. When I sell a SKU4, I want the inventory of SKU1, SKU2 and SKU3 to be reduced in one unit. I hope that clarifies the scenario I want to implement.

What is the point of us upvoting and requesting if nothing is done for years!? You are just pushing people away from your platform. We are looking for efficiency and cost/time reduccion and a simple feature is holding us back.

I second Rodrigo Merino Pepper and Cute comment. Adding that feature will allow us to group orders that contain the same items, which are just grouped differently, for fulfilment to be done more efficiently, as well as keeping a more accurate inventory.

It will be great if SS would have option to automatically combine SKU in system. When you have 2 SKU ( SKU-01 and SKU-02 ) this should be SKU-03, SS should, and not "Multiple" even should add Name of products and not name it "Multiple" and also calculate W L H and OZ for this combined products This can help a lot if somebody has different campaigns on his system , Coupons , Product + Spare part, or similar

This feature would be of great benefit to us. We sell a sample set of our products. This sample set contains one each of 9 of our most popular products. Right now we have to manually update our inventory for each of the 9 items.

We have a similar need - We use Amazon Virtual Bundles, which allows one SKU to reference several individual skus at the time of fulfillment. Multichannel Fulfillment by Amazon doesn't support receiving these SKUs so we need to be able to have an order placed on our WooCommerce or Ebay stores for one SKU, but have ShipStation send the individual SKUs in the bundle for Fulfillment by Amazon.
