We are implementing an international checkout tool called Zonos that provides customers a landed cost checkout where they can pay shipping and duties at checkout. According to Zonos, currently ShipStation doesn't have the ability to handle billing import fees to third-party shipping accounts. This seems to be a gap in ShipStation's feature set.
