For example we have 3 business running and they don't have an option to export the orders (it's not amazon/ebay). So we use 3 manual stores and sometimes we have errors, an order that is shipped from 1 manual stores, actually needed to be shipped from other. Having an option to transfer order would be great. Thanks

Having the feature or capability to move orders from one store to another. It can start with the implementation of order management between the manual Shipstation stores. It is very troublesome to do the work around of cancelling orders and re-importing them.

Please

This would be a nice feature. Our "retail" manual store is the automatic store, and so often our wholesale orders accidentally get placed under retail. It's not a huge deal, but annoying to fix and makes it difficult when trying to figure out where one order went if somebody forgot to change the store.

To describe this effecting us at MiiR. We run a wholesale, custom, and customer facing stores all through Shipstation. Our wholesale and custom store are all hosted in the same Shopify store. While wholesale is a small portion of this store, it would be nice to segregate out an order coming from one selling channel. So if an order comes from that channel, it would be nice to put it in a queue of its own. Currently our shipping lead just tags them, but tags can be overlooked and sometimes forgotten. While something in a specific queue is very easy to realize. Even with a single customer facing store, it is nice that sometimes a customer can call us or reach out and have things change. It would just be nice to move orders from one store another. Organization is so crucial to any company, and having software be flexible to the ins and outs of a company makes it all the more useful. Feel free to reach out to any of us at MiiR. We would love to explain more in further detail. Thanks! John

We have both our customer support team and fulfillment team view orders in ShipStation. It is a weekly occurrence when orders are placed in the wrong store and need to relocate into the correct store. Currently there is no feature to move orders, but only to cancel and re-import/re-create. We also fulfill in different locations and it would be great to easily organize our orders instead of having to export the information out and import them in the designated stores. The feature can just easily be placed in the "Other Actions" drop down menu when highlighting an order(s) with the options of all the different stores created in ShipStation.

We have one selling channel that we use to import the bulk of our shipments. There are times when one of those orders actually should be billed to a different store. Currently the shipment needs to be deleted and then re-entered into ShipStation manually with the correct store noted. The easy fix would be to allow under "Order Summary" in each order for the "Store" field to be a drop down that is changeable to another option. The software could key on whichever store is in that field when the shipping label is created for reporting.

The ability to move orders from one store to another would be very helpful! Quite often I am manually entering orders and accidentally forget to change the store. It would be great if I could just edit it to change it over to the correct store without having to cancel that order and re-enter all the details.

Since the label and packing slip document sizes are tied to the store, and I run a drop shipping store with multiple users who log in, I need different stores and the ability to move an order to a different store in case I need another supplier to fulfill. Alternatively, allowing different users to print documents on different sizes would be better for me.

Yup, this would be super useful! If just for the fact of if you are creating manual orders and you do it in the wrong store. Now I have to cancel, and redo all the order info.

yes please!

Same! This would be a very useful feature especially with us running two different manual stores and orders (at times +100) often get imported to the wrong store. Thanks!

I'd like to be able to move a manual order that I've created from 1 store to the next. Can we enable that?

I just had orders get imported to the wrong store somehow, it is crucial to be able to move these to the correct store!

I have daily packings and monthly subscriptions. I'd like to move the monthly boxes to their own store and deal with them all at once

Yes please.. I often import to the wrong store.. then they're stuck there, and I can't even reload to a different store without first changing their order #'s to avoid conflicts. Just moving orders between stores would be super helpful for me, if it's not already possible.

Even more strange is that occasionally ShipStation moves an order from one store to another randomly. And then there is no way to put it back where it belongs. This would be so helpful instead of deleting and recreating orders.
