Trying to import a csv from Kickstarter to shipstation, but a necessary option on each item from the KS survey doesn’t translate, which means we have to do it manually. This defeats the purpose of shipstation, if I have to go into each order and edit it manually. Is this problem being worked on or do I have to move to Easy ship and learn a whole new platform?
