I would like to propose adding a portal update within ShipStation that displays the current stage of a UPS claim for each shipment. Since we ship using ShipStation’s UPS account, claims must be submitted directly through ShipStation rather than with UPS. Currently, the only way to get updates on a claim is to contact ShipStation for each individual case. Providing visibility into the claim’s status would allow users to track progress independently, improve the overall customer experience, and reduce the volume of customer service inquiries for ShipStation.

 

This could either be done as a separate portal, like how the claims process currently is. Or it could be found by going to the shipment and seeing ‘Claim Activity’
