UPS Delivery exception emails

We are currently using ShipStation UPS account, however when we used to use our own, we would get emails throughout the day when there was a delivery exception notice from UPS about a package. They would allow us to log in and make any corrections instead of having the package shipped back to us. This allows for less customer abrasion if they forgot to provide a space, building, or apartment number.

We're having the same issues.  ANy information would be helpful!

if they’d just transmit the receiver’s email to the carrier this could at least be turned on from the carrier.  But for some reason they refuse to do so after years of requests.
