Walmart Order import - Email ID / Phone Number

Dear Support Team,

I hope this message finds you well.

We are currently experiencing an issue with our Walmart channel in ShipStation, where we are unable to import the email IDs and phone numbers for our orders. These fields are mandatory for the Starlink carrier service we are using to generate labels for this channel.

Could you please assist us in resolving this issue so that we can successfully import these fields with our orders? Your help would be greatly appreciated.

Regarding your request to automatically import email addresses and phone numbers with your orders, this functionality isn’t currently supported with the Walmart integration. However, I’ve noted your suggestion to our development team.
