Thanks for getting in touch with us, At this time, ShipStation does not currently support the Hold at Location option for FedEx, which I do apologise for if it causes any inconvenience.     This feature would allow us to ship to an official hold location - we save on signature required (not needed to pay a fee for this) and the buyer has the package at a secure location.

    We would like to see this option as well. Kind of odd ShipStation does not support this.

    There is not an option within ShipStation that hold a shipment at a location. 
     
    However, it does sound like a feature that other users would be interested in. To request a feature, you can post your idea in our Ideas forum or comment and add kudos to existing ideas. The team reviews these ideas regularly to guide our product roadmap.
