This would be useful for those with multiple selling channels connected to ShipStation. Instead of seeing all customers from all selling channels grouped into one Customer Report, it would be helpful to add a Store/Selling Channel column so we can sort the list by the selling channel, which would help with market segmentation.

I would like if we had the ability to edit the reasons customer sees when performing a return and ordering a receipt.
When we void a label, we would like for ShipStation to send an email to the customer letting them know that the label has been voided and the tracking information is not to be used. Often we receive complains from our customers telling us that the tracking information is not up to date, it's because the label has been voided. They often overlooked the 2nd email notification with the correct tracking information. Thank you.
It would be so much more efficient if I can choose a quantity of USPS packages to print at the same time. For instance, I need "8 Large Flat Rates" for this order. It is not necessary for us to always use the split-ship mode. We would like to keep all of our items on one packing slip/"shipment" and be able to create all of our labels at once.I do the math beforehand to know exactly how many boxes I need.At this point, I have to "create new shipment", scroll down, select new shipment, create new label, repeat. It is very time consuming and not efficient for our workflow. Please make this an option!!!
Hi, is it possible to display a PDF file as the packing slip? We are passing the URL of the PDF file in Custom Field 1 but I tried <embed> and <iframe>, neither worked.
We export on behalf of approx 80 customers and need to select their tax id for each shipment.These used to be listed alphabetically on the order drop down making it easy to scan down the list and select the required ID.A shipstation update meant these now list in the order they were created therefore we have to carefully read each ID down the list to find the required one.I appreciate its still workable but it takes far more time and is frustrating - PLEASE revert back to an alphabetical format 😊
This export CSV does not have a field for the product cost. There is a data field for Unit Price, which is the price we charge to our customer; however, what we need in addition to this is the cost to us from our supplier. This allows us to see product level margin detail. This is critical for many types of data analysis. One in particular I'm trying to run right now is to see how are item level shipping costs are affecting our item level margins. So I need to show ship cost paid by customer, carrier fee charged to us, product price paid by customer, and product cost to us from our supplier. This all needs to show on the product line item in one report. That allows me to perform a relevant shipping cost audit on the product level detail, and we can adjust shipping charges on the product level appropriately. Business critical. There are other shipping software companies out there that have this capability so it is a broad market need and a competitive leverage point. ThanksThomas
Hello,Could I suggest a feature to flag a customer based on wither the name, email, and address?I tried the tagging system on the "customer" tab but the tag still doesn't show up on the order page's "tag" column. It would be better if it were a different tag system from the product. Thank you
The FedEx Ship Manager program allows use of a third address line when shipping via FedEx Express and International. The 3rd address line is especially useful to capture complete international addresses when the location is somewhat obscure. ShipStation does not currently have that capability, which requires us to use FedEx Ship Manager to print some of our shipping labels.We would like to see ShipStation match the FedEx program's capability by allowing use of the 3rd address line and subsequently printing that 3rd line on the FedEx label.
As of the end of September, Royal Mail changed their terms so they they are allowed to leave a parcel in a safe place at their discretion. In practice their postmen were already doing this frequently so the main effect of this change was to shift liability in the event of theft from Royal Mail to the shipper. We've just had our first customer complaint which we can't get compensation for. In the long run I am sure this will result in many more parcels going missing entirely as Royal Mail personnel know there will be no comeback. This will result in more complaints and more cost for us, as well as an incentive to use other carriers instead. But this makes it all the more important for customers to be able to specify a safeplace location and this is something we have to copy manually from a custom field into the Royal Mail safeplace field. I would very much like this to be possible automatically. I am probably going to trial reverse safeplace messages like "There is no safeplace. Do not leave unattended!" if the customer does not specify one.
It would be great to have some high-level data contained in the Weekly Digest Report that reflects the number of Shipments sent via a specific carrier by Service. It would be great to also have some indication around average order weight displayed as well.

So I am testing shipstation to send our store orders to Amazon for Fulfillment.Let's say I have 100 units of SKU A at Amazon warehouseI have sold 1 unit of SKU B on my site SKU B is just a set of 4 units SKU A. So when I sell SKU B I need to created MCF order with 4 units SKU A. Is there any way to have automatic workflow for that?
It would be useful for us to be able to bulk generate return shipping labels with generic sender name and origin address that are not tied to a specific order number. Then the same label type could be used anywhere within the US and still be shipped by the carrier and delivered to us.
ShipStation Connect needs to stop dropping off as we can no longer print remotely when no one is in the office.
It's a bit this isn't a feature. Some people have a preference of carrier and I'd like offer that option.
The functionality in the shipping screen is very limited when it comes to editing, re-ordering, etc. It would be better if there was a full functioning editing screen in the backend, under Settings>Shipping section where we could edit these, duplicate them, re-order them, rename them, etc. See - https://snipboard.io/TKNovE.jpg
Make the colors in the verify section be editable On the verify page you have an "ordered qty" column and a "verified qty" column. When the two numbers don't match, the row is light green, when the two numbers do match, the row is dark green. It would be great if we could change the colors so you can more quickly see what row isn't matching up.EXP. Change the light green to Orange.
Looking for some help with custom packing slips. We're pulling info from a couple different Apps in Shopify and it's beyond my HTML skillset to get just what we want. Does anyone do this kind of work?
Preview label used to be available as an option on the dropdown menu on the green Create + Ship button on the Order Details page. It is no longer available. We have customers who need overnight shipping, often they choose USPS. Problem is, USPS won't always guarantee Overnight delivery. It changes with the address, so, since we can no longer preview the label, we have to print it. If it comes up as 2 Day for Overnight Express, we then have to void the label, contact the customer and arrange for a different shipping method. We have been using Shipstation for 7 years and the preview label has always been available until a few months ago. Please add it back. Thanks.
I currently have ShipStation integrated with WooCommerce. I am using the Shipment Tracking plugin to get the shipping information from ShipStation into WooCommerce. WooCommerce then in turn sends out the 'shipment shipped' email to the customer. That is great, but ShipStation sends the courier tracking number to the Shipment Tracking plugin instead of the Branded Tracking Page link. It would be great if ShipStation sent the Branded Tracking Page link to WooC alongside the tracking number so that link could be included in the customer emails. As of right now, I will have to use ShipStation to send out the 'shipment shipped' email, which is fine, but tougher to maintain consistent branding, and tougher to create more advanced email templates with the current ShipStation variables that are available.
Hello,The current shipstation system alerts to major address issues but can change very small address discrepancies without notifying you. As a result, an order I dispatched was sent to the other side of London – the incorrect side.My idea is to implement a preview feature for all address changes. Display the current customer inputted one and then offer a preview of changes shipstation wants to make, allowing you to have certainty every parcel will go to the correct address.For those who use a marketplace that already checks address or those who do not want to use the system could disable this feature in settings.
