Can we please bring back and adjust the following features:1. Please bring back voided/crossed out labels back into the Order View (when opening an order, seeing shipped, return, and voided labels all in one place). Having to go through different screens (Shipments > Returns > Voided) is a nightmare, and will definitely cause some communication issues for our team. 2. Please bring back the ability to exit Order View without having to click X. 3. Please move or remove the Create a New Shipment button - it is right next to the X that we need to click to exit the order, and has been accidentally clicked more than once, creating the potential for duplicate orders to be shipped if you don't realize and immediately cancel the order. 4. Please create a way to opt in or out of certain views or features like the ones listed above. I understand seeing voided labels can clog up the Shipments box, but removing it when your entire team of 7 is used to seeing it and relies on it being there is catastrophic. Users of the system should have the option to choose whether voided labels are visible or not in the order view. Thanks for your time!
Can we please be able to print the shipment manifest onto a 4x6 label? Currently I can choose my zebra printer to do so but the font is so small it is illegible. This will give us an easy way to get paper copy of tracking/shipping cost etc... onto our pick ticket/ packing slip to put on file.
I would like to be able to assign custom packaging that I have added to ShipStation at the Store level. For example I have several stores tied to my account. My shipping team has to scroll through a sizeable list of packaging to select the correct packaging. I have used automation rules so the most common package is defaulted but, it can still be burdensome. Under store setup if I could select or deselect the kinds of packaging I want available per store that would be a huge time saver. Thanks, /Chad
Amazon now says they are telling us thatBecause this customer is A bit dishonest They got it but tell Amazon they didn’t for many orders Lives in a multi unit residence place, high rise or dorm, where there is an open Mail room and anyone can take the package Lives in a condo housing or apt complex with many letter numbers for the same street address Lives in a neighborhood where packages go missing a lotAnd they show this on the order. And they tell us if we use Amazon shipping so we can’t get an A to Z claim loss and fail to ask for a signature required ups label then the loss is on usThis morning we looked at the 3 day weekend Amazon orders hundreds and we had to view each one in turn looking for the signature strongly recommended message. We found 2 and now we use the aamzon label with signature requiredIt would be good if you would import that message and red flag if for us on ShipStation so we ask ShipStation to make sig required ups labelThanks
We should be able to integrate the Ship By date from Wayfair, it helps process the orders that are due that day without going to the Wayfair portal back and forth to see what to ship that day or what's for the following, or sometimes it shows to ship by in 3-5 days. Adding this idea will drastically change how the orders are processed.

It would be really nice if there was a way to use the Adjust Order Weight automation to reduce the order weight. Right now you can only ADD weight to the order. So the title "Adjust Order Weight" doesn't really make sense. It should just say "Add Weight to Order". Why isn't there a way to reduce weight?
I would like to see the feature whereby you can have ShipStation automatically check the "Email Notification" and "SMS Notification" boxes when shipping an item.We are manually having to select both boxes when booking each item. It is clunky and time consuming.Spoke to online chat and they said to recommend it here.Thanks
Is there a chance we can request a feature whereby we add in the cost per pick pack for each client / or pick pack rate. That would really help us when we see figures like below – which make sense to business owners but do not resonate with us. We have different pick pack rates for different customers but I would like to be able to input.
Hello ShipStation, We have currently began using ShipStation inventory management however, we noticed there is no way we can generate the average cost per item during a certain date period. We would be using this for our month-end average cost per item. As an example, during the month of August, the average cost for Item A was $25, however within September the average cost increased to $30. We would love to see this feature in ShipStation, we have many friends who also agree that adding this feature would greatly assist for our inventory. Thank you!
hi We have our own accounts with multiple carriers.. we want to use ship station to ship boxes to warehouses (not to customers). So there are no order numbers. We can create manual orders. But each time, we need to manually enter ship to address each time. Regardless it is copy/paste or .csv input, it is super time consuming. Is there any easy way of doing this like dropdown list for 'shipto' locations? In other words, if there is any way we can use shipstation to 'CREATE SHIPMENTS', that are not relevant to any orders?? Is there a Drop down list for 'Ship to' locations? We don't want to use .csv to import as 'manual orders', as we have 'ship to' locations to same locations many times. For example, we ship bulk to warehouse AAB1 4 times a day, and warehouse CCDD4 3 times a day, importing .csv is NOT gonna help. The warehouses are responsible for fulfilling orders to customers. SIMPLE PUT, WE JUST WANT TO USE SHIPSTATION TO CREATE SHIPMENTS. IS THAT POSSIBLE?
We have so many online orders that need to be split into different shipments. We used to be able to do this and it would create a new order (example #1234 and #1234-1) which would let us alter the address on the second order. Now with split ship mode it all stays in the same order, meaning I cannot send them to 2 separate addresses. Each time I alter one, it changes the other.PLEASE PLEASE add a way to split the shipments completely again.

I would like to be able to print a receipt with the tracking number and the shipping cost. We use this information to document shipments with manual billing.
When multiple stores are connected to Shipstation, the order ID number received from the Stores is unique and cannot be changed.When a order is manually generated, the order ID self generated duplicates in many cases the order ID from the store It would be great that orders ID could be generated with a suffix to the self generated code, to avoid duplication.Could in case Shipstation also verify if the self generated order ID is existing and skip it and avoid duplications?Could Shipstation use alphanumeric string to create order IDs? It would be massively helpful to be able to download the pick list in an excel or csv format so we can upload it to our inventory system in one swoop!
Will there be Amazon Easy Ship Carrier Integration available in future.We are looking to use this service to fulfill our Merchant Orders on Amazon, as well as fulfill other orders in which Amazon Easy Ship will be the best cost carrier moving forward.
Hi, would it be possible to build a feature that allows orders imported with future ship dates to be automatically put on hold until that ship date?
parent SKU and child SKU needi have a parent SKU (inventory is 100pcs), and child sku A and B.in amazon, when sold child SKU A, i need take off the inventory from parent SKU 10pcs, when sold child SKU B, need to take off the inventory from parent SKU 5pcs.for now, shipstation can't do it, so my inventory always wrong.hope ship station can help me out
When an order in Woocommerce has multiple line items, and one item changes quantity (due to supplier stock outage resulting in partial refund, for example), refreshing/reloading Shipstation does not pull in the quantity changes. This makes Shipstation an unreliable tool for business that faces reality of global stock shortages. If Shipstation cannot get quantity updates from Woocommerce due to some technical limitation, at least allow us to edit the quantities in Shipstation!!! PLEASE!!!
If ShipStation is meant to save time and resources, having to input the orders either manually or by scanning packing slips is totally ridiculous. If someone's workflow includes printing packing slips I understand it, but we don't do it because it is a waste of time, paper, ink. Also, having to manually input an order each time is totally absurd when having lots of orders. So, the fix is very simple, have the option in "Orders" to select multiple ones and add them to a batch in "Scan" for them to be verified and printed, without the step of inputing the order number (entering the order number can be kept as an alternative for those who want to do it though). I am surprised ShipStation doesn't have this functionality so far because it is very simple, obvious and easy to implement. We need it A.S.A.P.
Specifically it's this feature which auto updates the shipping date to the next day when there is a bank holiday -https://help.shipstation.co.uk/hc/en-gb/articles/360038662512-2022-Postal-Holiday-Calendar It's currently set up to consider 28th August as a UK wide bank holiday - however, it's only an official holiday in England, Wales & Northern Ireland - in Scotland, it's not an official holiday and Royal Mail (and some other carriers) work & collect parcels as normal. Here's the UK Gov page that shows the different bank holidays within different parts of the UK https://www.gov.uk/bank-holidays Only 2nd January (New years), 7th April (Good Friday), 25th December, and 26th of December are UK wide bank holidays. So for example, yesterday (29th August) after getting everything ready for collection, I was unable to print an EOD summary, because the shipping date had been automatically changed to the 30th August - so Royal Mail weren't able to collect the parcels when they arrived. Scotland, England, Wales, Northern Ireland all use the same country code so if the bank holiday feature is based on country code, I can understand that it wouldn't make sense to remove the feature - So as an alternative, can the EOD summary be fixed to allow us to close tomorrow's EOD - this would allow us to print the summary that Royal Mail need to collect the parcels.
We use Zebra scanners to pick and verify our items onscreen but we cant currently sort the items alphabetically so it makes picking an order much slower as we have to go back and forth in the warehouse to different items instead of just being able to go alphabetically. Can you please look into a fix so that we are able to sort the items in an order for easier picking. Thank you
Under the standalone product detail, maybe having two weights could work for getting more accurate shipping weights. For example: under general tab, you could have the actual product weight. This would be used for when multiple different products are combined into one order. Then there would also be a shipping weight under the shipping tab, that would account for any packing material and the box/mailer. There could also be an optional area to add in the dimensions AND weights of all boxes and mailers that a person/company uses. As a result, when a box is selected (in a drop down menu), that weight info is automatically added as well.
It would be great to have added functionality to the SCAN template. It would be nice to see timestamp of scanned items (and whether the scan was successful or they were manually verified). Would also be helpful to see if the scale weight was engaged. With this functionality, resolving customer disputes would be a lot easier.
