Can we batch print where it automatically charges and adds the adult signature required label?Thank you
Please enable a feature that you can choose what printer will print labels. To be more specific: we want to print International Priority and express with the regular printer and the rest of the labels in the 4x6 printer.
Now that we can add inventory we need a new report to show Products sold - Sale Total - Cost - Profit Totals
To get an accurate read on how many hours, days, etc. it takes our team to ship online orders, a report in Shipstation would be helpful. The fulfillment speed graph gives a general snapshot but more details (hours vs. just days; being able to sort by employee and longer time frame) would be really helpful!
It would be extremely helpful if there was a bulk "combine shipments" option. Instead of having to manually combine each order. Or if we were able to create a rule that automatically combines any order coming in from Shopify under the same account. Thank you for your time!
When trying to make a rule for international customers and set there account for billing to automatically populate, there's not an option for "charge shipping to receiver". There's only "charge shipping to 3rd party" or "charge shipping to my account". Why is there no option for the receiver?
Right now it is not sending the full address to the mailchimp list through the mailchimp integration. If it did, we could send postcards or samples to customers
It would be nice to set an expiry date for automatically generated return labels that go out with our orders. We have 30-day return policy and ideally, the return tag would expire after that time. This way we ensure that no returns are sent after the return policy expires.
It would be great if ShipStation would include the Barcode field as an option. Our warehouse and fulfillment teams use that field in addition to SKU to determine bin locations
It would be great to see a native integration with nopCommerce. As there are over 50,000 stores and it is one of the most popular ASP.NET shopping carts, an integration with a user base this size would be great to see. The current integration through the Custom Store option is clunky and doesn't always authenticate well.
When I export my shipments via CSV and the data has accents on some letters (French) the letters appear in the CSV as garbage characters. Can you please fix that? Thank you.
We cannot make complex filters because Shipstation just doesn't work. If you want to search up an order with TWO or more specific SKUs you won't be able to do it, because the results are all over the place. The filters "Starts with", "Contains" and "Equals" give you the same faulty result with TWO or more criteria. You can't make a filtering system where you can group orders with the same specific SKUS either. For Shipstation, ONE order with SKUs 54321 and 56789 is different than ONE order with SKUs 56789 and 54321. The Group By function is also wonky as soon as you start adding more than 2 criteria. We would love a more robust filtering system that actually worked.
This feature has been requested multiple times which shows how many customers are needing this but it seems Shipstation is adamant not to include it. I wonder how many customers they will lose, like ourselves, who need this as a feature otherwise SS can't be used at all. The processing of an order isn't all about printing a shipping label after all so I would have thought SS would have realized that by now?
I have multiple stores, and often will need to creat manual orders for those stores which I then assign to the team who handles that individual store to then pick, pack, and ship. When creating a manual order, I was told I could only assign a manual order to another "manual order store" It's a bit ridiculous that I can't just assign the order I've created to the dedicated store that would need to deal with said order.

We would like to see that the autofill from manual addresses shows more than just the city and state the customer is located in. Another identifier such as street name would be helpful in narrowing down customers with more than one address in the city we are shipping to.
It would be useful if you could schedule a pickup for your shipments right from the batch screen where you print your labels, pick list, etc. Currently you have to go to shipments, then schedule pickup.Something like this:
I would like to have option to create Custom Carrier and Shipping methods so that we can create labels for orders and return entries manually as with the Shipping methods that are not availale on the Shipstation.This option can solve our most of the problems as we are receiving Returns from customers directly as well but we are not able to create their return labels as the system only allow to create return labels for such shippments that are picked up by ourselves.but with the custom Shipping method we can create Special Shipping methods that are not gonna charge us for creating labels and we can create return labels when we receive the Shipment from the custom with that particular shipping method.
When will this be integrated with Shipstation. WE could offer our customers a flat rate for shipping with UPS and we have no way to ship using shipstation. Please help we need this urgently
For orders shipping to units/apartment we require a signature. It would be good to be able to see this at-a-glance by looking at the order grid. Then could easily select and apply default.
Would love if UPCs can be incorporated in the Shipped items, sales and inventory status reports.
It would be great to have the ability to bulk resubmit vailed notifications to Amazon Market Place through ShipStation at the end of the day. Our workflow doesnât allow us to use batching for our orders and we are left with 1,000s of daily orders throttled with failed notifications. Currently we are contacting ShipStation nightly to bulk resubmit the orders otherwise we would need to manually update Amazon accounts one at a time. Having an auto feed that could bulk resubmit these failed orders at the end of the day would be a valuable time saver for all parties.
ShipStation should alert impacted users if there is a problem confirming shipments to a marketplace due to system errors, throttling, or any other reason. The alert time should be configurable so that it is sent early enough for the user to take corrective actions. It is not sufficient to have a manual process of checking the "Shipments" section every day since the vast majority of the time everything works fine. There needs to be an automated exception process. Amazon in particular considers a late confirmation to be the same as a late order shipment. We are currently at risk of losing our Amazon account and our business because a large number of shipment confirmations were not successfully transmitted by the end of the day. We were completely unaware until it was too late to do anything.
Add ability for me to obtain check out rates for my customers by pulling "UPS from ShipStation" rates.
I made a mistake on my parent SKU and already added 19 variants to it. I need to rename the SKU but am unable too.
