Hello, We are desperate for Shipstation to integrate Royal Mail 1D and 2D barcodes into the tracking fields. Especially for CRL services. These barcodes are used as tracking reference numbers and provide delivery confirmation. This is now a requirement by eBay and something we are currently having to manually upload. This is a very long and painful process, that could easily be resolved if Shipstation were to extract the data. Thank you,
I wish you could provide integration with www.parcel2go.com. They are really good service and i hope you could help me with this as i use it very often byt the only way i can send parcel using them is by exporting the CSV file from shipstation. I am sure this will generate new sales for you as many people uses parcel2go every day. parcel2go is unique as they offer all services to any people so you do not need to register with new individual carrier, only with parcel2go and all job is done by them. All we need is to be able to communicate with their API to send parcel and address details to my account. Thanks ! info data: API: https://www.parcel2go.com/api/docs/ DOCS: https://www.parcel2go.com/api/docs/articles/quickstart.html
If a Shopify order has been marked as a gift and it has a note attached to it It would be nice if those can be mapped to "This is a gift" checkbox and the gift message in order details in ShipStation especially those two options already exists.
When setting up a custom store, the orders that are pulled into ShipStation only go back seven days. I need to go back much further than that for many of my web stores that don't fulfill orders for months. As such, I need to be able to input a date range on how far to go back, as contacting support every time I need a range further out than seven days is not sufficient.
Many companies ship items with Lithium ion batteries now and the regulations around them are annoying to say the least. While shipping ground in the domestically within the continental US is fairly straightforward, when these types of packages go internationally or by air the labeling and document requirements are more involved. My request is more integrated support for Class 9 Dangerous Goods. It is definitely possible to ship these through standard carriers (UPS, Fedex, etc) but there is some additional labels and paperwork that are required. I know UPS now has API integrations for the DG paperwork now. Any level of support for these types of shipments would be much appreciated and would tip the scale for us to utilize Shipstation.
I would like to have a Zapier Action created to Mark Orders As Shipped. I use a drop shipping service and I receive tracking numbers via email. I would like to automate updating the ShipStation order with the tracking number via Zapier and eliminate the task of uploading a spreadsheet of tracking numbers to ShipStation.
Shopify used to use (notes) and information from that section shows up in ShipStations (Notes from Buyer ) Section. Shopify implemented new way to leave notes and it is called (TIMELINE) notes left in that section do not appear in shipsattion and creates internal communication problems. it would be ideal if the TIMELINE notes would up in ShipStation's Internal Notes Section since they serve the same purpose. thank you
Shipstation already has a store setting for Volusion stores that prevents eBay orders from importing through Volusion. We need the same for Shopify. We sell on Shopify and on eBay. I have both sales channels added to Shipstation. Recently, Shopify has added an eBay integration. We have mapped a few products so their inventories are shared, and the items can be sold on both marketplaces with shared inventory. Shipstation now brings in two orders for ever order placed for these mapped items, one from Shopify and one from eBay. We're hand managing each order for now, but this invites errors. I fear some orders will be shipped twice. Please help!
Since many sellers start selling in amazon UK, and shipping with Royal Mail, and Shipstation is not integrating with Royal Mail's shipping pricing, will be a good idea since they have flat rate prices for each requested service, (price set according for each customer) therefore asking to be able to enter my charges with royal mail on each service to be able to see the shipping charges before shipping an order and eventually be able to download a report of how much the shipping was charged.
We do mainly dropshipping for a number of stores. Some of our stores require different reference info on the shipping label (ex: sku, PO number). Currently you can only have one layout for reference data for your account not per store on your account.
Big Commerce sends store credit info for orders, but Ship Station has not integrated this field into their system. This results in customers getting emails not showing the amount paid, and that causes unhappy customers. I have confirmed that SS gets the store credit but has not integrated it.
At least with the WooCommerce integration, when WooCommerce makes a system entered note on an order (like for example, order changing from Processing to Hold, etc) Shipstation takes those notes and overwrites the data stored in ShipStation in the Private Notes field. There is no other location that is convenient for the Warehouse staff and Customer Service to enter notes about why an order may be on hold, we were trying to use Private Notes for this, but it was being overwritten. The warehouse staff does not have access to WooCommerce, so they can not enter an order note there. I feel this is a bug in ShipStation. The WooCommerce integration will take the various incoming notes and separate them by the pipe (|) character to preserve them all. When ShipStation receives private note information from the integration it should not blindly overwrite what is there but should do a similar thing to concatenate it. Or at least provide an option to ignore importing private notes from the integration. I can see where this could be problematic if every time the store updated you appended the same private note information again, so it would require some de-duplication logic. If we could just turn this feature OFF, as we really don't need it, it would solve the problem and make Private notes work the way they are intended, to just store a private not on the order. We wouldn't consider those WooCommerce system-generated messages as something we would want in ShipStation anyway. I remember an earlier suggestion along these lines, I hope this can garner some attention. I consider destruction of user entered data to be a bug.
Deliverr is the Walmart's 2Day shipping program. In order to be competitive with Amazon they are now offering the same shipping times. Having this integrated with Shipstation would help make for a smooth transition to faster shipping option for Walmart.
When connecting multiple Amazon FBA accounts it does not give the option to add a name, so all the accounts appear as "FBA" which makes it hard to know which account is what. This issue needs to be fixed!
Currently it's not letting us set up multiple packages in a SFP order from Amazon. Why is that and can it be fixed?
We ship live plants, so we always pack the same day we ship. This is problematic for scheduling pickups since you have to do it the day before. I don't really understand why you need to have all the details about your shipments before scheduling a pickup. Instead, you should be able to schedule a generic pickup with perhaps just basic estimates about the size of the shipment, example given: 10 small boxes, 10 boxes approximately 18x18x8, and five boxes 18x18x24. This information could be automatically updated when you create a batch relevant to the shipper for that day.
We are now using Chit Chats. Unfortunately they are not a carrier with Shipstation, and their software is not nearly as robust and easy to use, especially with automations. The best way that I have found for using the automation of Shipstation within the Chit Chats system is through exporting orer to csv (their csv file format can be found here: https://support.chitchats.com/support/solutions/articles/47000426984-how-to-use-chit-chats-csv-if-i-need-postage) Unfortunately, I have been unable to create a custom export file using SS because of the way they need the data imported. Specifically, the "description" field. In the Chit Chats csv, all products in the order need to be located in the same field, with a column for subtotal of all items. If I use the regular export fields, there is no option for product description. If I do a line item export, it breaks out every prodct into its own line, which means each line will be brought into CC as a separate shipment. Can you please add a field to export fields that puts all items in one cell, separated by a comma? Otherwise, we have to manually do this for each order which defeats the whole purpose of trying to save time. Thank you.
I have been using Allin1Ship for some time now and I love their service, however, they do not have a direct integration with Shipstation, this, therefore, doesn't allow me to have access to pricing or any additional benefits an integration would provide. They told me they have direct integrations with other platforms and can go to them but I love ShipStation and don't want to leave. Now, they are trying to integrate with Shipstation for all of their customers but ShipStation has to approve them first. As a customer of both, I would really like to see this partnership happen and am sure many other would too. ShipStation approve Allin1Ship! #Allin1ship
You need to implement FedEx Crossborder as a shipping option. As is we are having to go to a hole in the wall company in India to get it to work on ShipStation.
We see a need for expanding the in-cart fallback rate capabilities when a call to the carrier to fetch rates returns an error. Currently, there is an option to set (1) fixed fallback rate or a rate as a % of the cart. Neither of these are acceptable since they do not take enough variables into account. We'd love to see the option to conditionally set fallback rates. These conditions could be based on product weight, order total, etc. But, we definitely need more granularity so we don't lose our shirt when the rate service is disrupted through no fault of our own.
Discogs is an online Record and music market with customers all over the world. I sell a lot of records and integration with Discogs.com would be great.
When Shipstation accesses Magento 2 store via API it often has empty user agent that triggers security software/firewall to block the request Suggest to have user agent defined
Increase features available when integrating with Visualsoft, in particular to be able to -identify Gift Orders so customers can send direct to recipients -pull through Item Options, crucial for any brand that offers multiple colours of an item, personalisation etc, as it is unwieldy and inefficient to work around otherwise -generally bring in line with the features available via Etsy, NOTHS etc.
We are a drop ship company that enters tracking provided by suppliers. Labels are not always generated through ShipStation. If the outbound shipping label is not generated through ShipStation, then the Returns Portal cannot generate a prepaid return label for the order. I want the Returns Portal to generate a return label for the order regardless if outbound shipment label was created in ShipStation or elsewhere. This would be a great feature for drop ship companies to allow their customers to utilize the feature.
It is frustrating not to be able to select a default shipper when looking at the rate browser (using the calculator tool). Would love to have our most used to show up first. - Thanks
