Carriers

  • DHL eCommerce (AU): We now support the Bill duties and taxes to payor of shipping charges shipping option for Parcel International Direct Standard (PLT) shipments. You must contact DHL eCommerce AU to enable Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) for this service. If you select Parcel International Direct Standard (PLT) service and leave the checkbox unchecked, the INCOTERM will default to DDU.

  • Direct Freight Express (AU): You can now map the Direct Freight Customer Reference field to Label Message #3. To set this mapping for all labels, go to Settings > Printing > Printing Setup > for Label > Document Options > Label Messages > Message #.  You must set Label Message #1 if you map Label Message #3. Otherwise, Label Message #3 will default to show Delivery Instructions. We recommend setting Label Message #1 to Delivery Instructions.

  • Amazon Shipping UK: You can now add Amazon Shipping UK to your account without having to contact ShipStation Support. Previously, the integration was an invite-only program.

  • Australia Post: We resolved the following error that prevented some merchants from rating Australia Post shipments containing insurance: The transit cover amount cannot be greater than the total item contents value.
  • BigCommerce: We resolved the following error message that prevented BigCommerce from receiving marketplace shipment notifications for FedEx UK: BigCommerce encountered an error and responded with StatusCode UnprocessableEntity. Content: [{"status":422,"message":"The provided (optional) fields 'shipping_provider' value and 'tracking_carrier' must be same shipping carriers. Please refer docs”}]”.
  • GLS Canada: We fixed a bug that caused GLS Canada rates in the Shipments grid to appear as $0.00 instead of the true cost.
  • Loomis Express: Ship To and Ship From names now appear as expected on Loomis Express labels. Previously, some merchants saw truncated names or blends of the Ship To and Company names.
  • New Zealand Couriers, Castle Parcels, NOW Couriers, and Post Haste: We fixed a bug that prevented the required barcode from appearing on the labels for these carriers as expected.
  • NZ Post Domestic and NZ Post International: We fixed a bug that prevented ShipStation from displaying auto-tracking updates for NZ Post Domestic and International services.
  • Purolator: We fixed a bug that caused the cost for a signature confirmation to duplicate and increase the rate displayed in ShipStation.
  • Sendle from ShipStation (AU): Rates in ShipStation for Sendle Standard - Drop Off shipments that include fuel surcharges now match the rates for the same service configuration in the Sendle portal. 
  • The Delivery Group UK: Tracking numbers in the Shipments grid for The Delivery Group UK shipments now link to the carrier’s tracking page. 
  • UPS (CA): We fixed an issue that caused ShipStation to not display negotiated rates for UPS Canada, if enabled on your UPS account.

  • Amazon: Amazon orders shipped via Evri (UK) now include the correct carrier code for Evri in marketplace shipment notifications instead of “Other.”
  • Best Buy CA: The correct carrier codes are now sent to Best Buy CA in marketplace shipment notifications instead of “Other.” We will also display the tracking URL for supported carriers in the Shipments grid.
  • Etsy: The requested shipping service selected by your customers at checkout in Etsy now imports into ShipStation with the Etsy order as expected.
  • Faire: We fixed a bug that caused Faire order statuses to prematurely update to “Shipped” or “Delivered” in your Faire account after importing into ShipStation. 
  • Oxatis (FR): We fixed a bug that caused Colissimo Livraison à domicile orders from Oxatis to not import into ShipStation. 
  • ShopifyShopify order weights now match the weights shown in Shopify when importing into ShipStation. Previously, order weights in the ShipStation Legacy layout showed as significantly higher than the weights in Shopify.
  • Marketplace Shipment Notifications: We resolved the following error that prevented Shopify from receiving shipment notifications for some orders: Could not refresh authorization credentials in a timely manner.
  • Multiple Selling Channels - Import Orders: We resolved the following errors that prevented some merchants from importing their orders from the below stores: 
    • Shopify: Unrecognized Status: 0 from URL: get_products for StoreID: ######
    • Walmart: An error occurred attempting to update orders: There is an error in XML document'.
    • Zonos: Unexpected character encountered while parsing value: <. Path '', line 0, position 0.
