Build better products with our product team
Amazon recently integrated FedEx One Rate into their shipping API. Please help make this connection so we ship these through shipstation instead of Amazon's order page. [Useful information from Amazon] FedEx One Rate will not show as an available service unless the package dimensions input exactly match one of the FedEx One Rate standard sizes. If these dimensions match, a FedEx One Rate quote will appear. FedEx One Rate packages are available in the following sizes: Package name Dimensions (L x W x H) Envelope 1 9.50 x 12.50 x 0.50 inches Envelope 2 9.50 x 15.50 x 0.50 inches Pak 1 10.25 x 12.75 x 0.50 inches Pak 2 12.00 x 15.50 x 0.50 inches Pak 3 11.75 x 14.75 x 0.50 inches Pak 4 10.00 x 14.50 x 0.50 inches Small Box 1 10.88 x 1.50 x 12.38 inches Small Box 2 8.75 x 2.63 x 11.25 inches Medium Box 1 11.50 x 2.38 x 13.25 inches Medium Box 2 8.75 x 4.38 x 11.25 inches Large Box 1 12.38 x 3.00 x 17.50 inches Large Box 2 8.75 x 7.75 x 11.25 inches Extra Large Box 1 11.88 x 10.75 x 11.00 inches Extra Large Box 2 15.75 x 14.13 x 6.00 inches Tube 6.00 x 6.00 x 38.00 inches
I do not like the new V3 that does not allow me view my shipments from selecting only the last month. This is how I would bill my customers. Now i only have either the last 30 days is the closest. However, for example today i can not bill for only the month of November. Please fix this issue so I can bill my cusomers monthly as usual.
Please integrate with Shipbob, their API is really easy https://developer.shipbob.com/release-notes And it is useful to have some other fulfillment company, not just FBA and Shipwire
It would be really nice if, when you ship using FedEx, you could have an option to automatically schedule a FedEx pickup without having to go to their website separately and request a pickup.
The ability to rename batches would be great. There is now the ability to have multiple batches, which great for sorting orders waiting to be fulfilled. However, it is not very easy to sort without memorizing which batch # is for which group of orders for that day. If there was a way to even add a keyword to the end of the batch number [ex. batch#1234567 - product] So that when I am sorting through a zillion orders assigning them to each batch they need to be in, it is much easier to remember which batch to put them in.
It would be great if there was a setting in the User Profile to see the administration part of ShipStation in French. Along with all the different parts available for admin and customers.
I was really happy to see support for Alias SKUs in the product update today! We have a very large number of these (enough that manually inputting them is nearly impossible) and would love to be able to have them included as a field in the product import. Is this planned?
Currently, I have 4041 orders to fill today. http://screencast.com/t/c8NxtCNt My staff is each assigned an item or group of items to fill that day. Your system doesnt show what items are in the order unless you click on the order. For 4,000 orders a day this is a very slow process. I need it changed to indicate the actual items. I will pay you to address this issue.
I use Shipped By NewEgg for quote some packages and it would be nice, if I could use it with the same streamlined easiness as Amazon FBA.
Add the 'Shipping Account' column to be able to export from the Export-Shipped Orders menu
First off, you guys rock! I love Ship Station & hope to be part of making it even better. I often group by Item Name so that I can batch print labels, add tags, put orders on hold or a number of other functions. Once I've selected the group of orders I want to work with, it would be helpful to know how many I've selected. Right now, the only way to do this is to nav to the "Apply Bulk Action" function. There, the number of items selected is displayed. I then cancel that function and return to my original view. If the number of order selected were to be shown somewhere like the bottom of the screen (see screen shot below), this step would be unnecessary. Perhaps the current text showing the number of orders on the page could instead show the number selected out of the total number on the page, such as "23 of 67 selected"
I'd like to see my cart's order number ported into FBA Amazon, to maintain consistence and make tracking easier, when there is a delivery problem. As of now, the order number is not ported, so Amazon assigns a unique order ID that is very long and cumbersome. If shipworks ports our order numbers into FBA Amazon, we can trace them when necessary very easily.
Anyone else want to see Shipstation integrated with Pricefalls?
COLOR BLIND MODE!!! There is only ONE indication in ShipStation that an order notified the marketplace of fulfilment and it's a whether a shopping cart icon is RED or GREEN. Really? Ever heard of red green colorblind?
Ebay has introduced a new "Delivery Guarantee" that offers us the ability to guarantee delivery time OR handling time for packages. If we choose the Guaranteed Handling Time option, Ebay will guarantee the delivery, and if it's late, they'll refund the customer the shipping. The only catch is they are (so far) going to require we use Ebay labels to print postage for packages, which is time consuming versus using ShipStation. Could your API developers please reach out to Ebay and see if we could get ShipStation as a "qualified provider" so we can keep using SS and still be part of the "Delivery Guarantee program?"
The Returns CSV export doesn't include a column for Return Reason. It should!
The address line 3 field has been removed. Why? Many times a marketplace sends over a long address from an international customer on the address line 1 and 2 fields. We many times have to edit this address and move part of it down to the address line 3 field or the company name field. Sometimes we have to use both lines. There is now now way to add the address line 3 in manually when it is needed. I am not sure if this change was not well thought out, but it is causing problems for some of our longer international addresses. Can there be an option to manually add this line back in if it is needed? Thanks
I use wave accounting and love it -- would be nice to connect to it for shipping orders.
Allow saved "order views" per status type. At the moment, you can only set one view as default per order. If you add a default view to your Awaiting Shipment, then attempt to add a default to your Awaiting payment status, the most recent one will cancel the former out. It would be better if the "show me this view by default" worked per status.
Like SO MANY ShipStation user requests, this idea has been brought up before, voted on as a good idea, and then NOTHING happens! People please! Regardless of whether you actually need this feature or not...let's vote this thing through the roof and see if ShipStation actually does something! And ShipStation....please listen to us when we say we want something made! Stop saying "please vote on this (...and then we'll secretly do absolutely nothing)". Man-up and get your hands dirty! ;) The Problem - Our business needs an option to always have the 'notify marketplace' and/or 'notify customer' selected for orders. We often have different staff members operating our SS page, and if 1 person forgets to select those checkboxes, then our clients email us saying "Why haven't you processed the order! Where is the tracking detail? Rar rar rar!" It selects the 'Deduct Inventory' as default....so why can't it be an option to have 1, 2, or all 3 checkboxes selected as default?
As I am sure that many of us use SalesForce for our CRM, it would be great if ShipStation would take all of our customer transaction data and put it into our SalesForce ORG and enable us to ship directly through SalesForce. Sending return labels through SalesForce would also be awesome!
Please add an integration for Couriers Please in Australia.
Hello, We are looking at connecting with Toll priority as a new carrier with our online store. Wandering if this is a carrier you would be looking at integrating with your platform?
Solid Commerce is an inventory management tool similar to Channel Adviser. It helps to list your inventory to the various marketplaces such as eBay, Amazon, Rakuten, Newegg, Sears, and your personal website in one shot. It also stores all of your inventory in one central location so you can have you full quantity on every site instead of dividing inventory up between multiple marketplaces which can result in lost sales. Solid Commerce does also bring in all orders from the various sites so this integration would be great because then tracking numbers and shipping data can be updated on the orders in Solid Commerce. This would also be a great feature because then the storage locations of the different items would be brought into Shipstation to properly print pick lists based on warehouse storage location. Please vote for this idea if you would like another listing/inventory management tool that is much more affordable then Channel Advisor to be integrated with Shipstation.
We have been employing shipstation as our primary shipping software domestically. We would also like to incorporate shipstation as our primary shipping software for "BULK INTERNATIONAL" Shipments. Currently shipstaton does not offer the ability to add the SED/EEI filed to the label that is generated. To ship internationally the label must have an AES Citation. Shipstation does not cover EEI, Most shipping software such as shiprush and shipwire already incoporate these features and they should be easy to implement. In addition to the AES citation we would like an editable platform for commercial invoice generation. Currently Trade documents are generated with the same billing and shipping we would like to provide examples/images of a template that will allow us editable commercial invoice to both attached electronically and print out of shipstation for export purposes. Thank you Regards,
