When orders get combined and shipped in Shipstation the 'mergedIds' from the Advanced Options should be available when querying the List Shipments endpoint. It is currently included in the orders endpoint however it is pretty much useless as one would never use that endpoint for updating orders/fulfillments in a 3rd party system like an ERP but rather they would query the shipments endpoint to check for orders that have been shipped. As it is right now when we combine orders in Shipstation we have no way of updating our internal system and marking both orders as shipped, it will only update the master order ID.
I would like to customize the order summary report to include tracking numbers along with the shipping details.
We need to map product metafields to shipstation from shopify. This needs to be available to the public instead of ONLY support agents for shipstation
When I hand deliver or the customer picks up and I manually mark it as shipped, it requires me to select a carrier, so can you make a carrier in the drop-down that is "picked up" and does not request a tracking number to be put in and maybe make another carrier that is "hand-delivered" or "self-delivered" and also does not require a tracking number?

Hi, we are selling on Amazon.com and since Amazon Brazil is now up and running we would like to have Shipstation integration for this market to be able to buy shipping through Shipstation. This is really important because buy shipping is not available thrpugh Amazon either so there is not much option out there.
We do a lot of pre-orders and i notice that if we don't immediately put HS codes in shopify, I can't back populate them.I don't see this as an option in the excel files, either? 😞

In Canada the law requires that all firearms ship Over 18 Signature Required. When a customer also requests the Card For Pickup option it drops the Over 18 signature required.It would be really helpful if ShipStation would allow both of these options at the same time.
I need to be able to control where my orders go based on fulfillment providers. Right now we are using Shipbob and Printful. ShipBob covers north and south America whereas Printful covers Europe and Asia.I need to be able to route my orders based on country to the correct fulfillment provider.
Having to contact customer support and provide names of Customers you'd like removed from the platform is a serious overhead and is way to time consuming.Allow customers to edit and delete customer data.

TNT is a bulk shipper yet Shipstation only facilities the sending of a single package / box with this carrier. Even Australia Post has functionality for multiple packages. Can the developers please implement multiple boxes / packages for TNT and FEDEX,?
Are there any plans on adding Poshmark? I know they generate their own labels but, Shipstation would help in tracking the orders after the labels are printed. Maybe import the labels and mark them as shipped when printed. It would be nice to have all of our channels together. Thank you Paul
You really need to integrate with CommerceHUB. WE just signed up with HomeDepot.com online portal and the require the use of CommerceHUB to fulfill orders through their system. This is a large company that services huge online companies like bestbuy, walmart, toysrus and more. Please get an integration set up asap and take over the shipping integration world!
Editing rules with a long list of criteria is difficult in the current small text field. One has to arrow around to find a criteria and edit. It would be easier with a bulk editor tool or a larger text box for ease of viewing a long list.
I noticed a glitch, I cannot update the sold to name which gets set as the ship to name automatically when I first create an order. Sometimes i use this order entry to create a ship quote before the customer gives me their full name, so I am unable to use the same order I used for the ship quote to simply ship because I can't update the Sold To name. It's not a big deal, but this would save me time so I don't need to retype the order.
Hellowould be nice to add the "Shipping Service used to calculate Delivery Promise" onto Amazon Orders so we know what carrier to use as sometimes we have to use FedEx bcs its one day faster, and thats what amazon used to calculate transit time. and sometimes the other way around
I would like to see TCG Player the largest trading card selling channel added into integration with ShipStation. They recently were acquired by eBay so it would be advantageous to add this selling channel to list of channels.
Most customers use a standard printer with 8.5x11 paper, not 4x6. Giving them a 4x6 label makes them have to mess around with settings to get it to print nicely, and sometimes they just print the label to span the entire 8.5x11 paper because they can't figure it out.Currently, if you have 4x6 set up for printing outbound labels, return labels automatically get that same format. I'd like to be able to change the Document options on just return labels to 8.5x11 but there is no option to.
We would like to have the option to have OR statements as opposed to only AND statements in the filters. Specifically, we would like to create a filter that shows me all the orders that need attention before the label can be printed. That is, we want to have a filter that shows any orders that:Address WarningAddress ErrorNo “Rate”No “Service”No “Weight”Unverified AddressCurrently, the filters only display with AND statements which is unhelpful because it is highly unlikely that any order would have all of these criteria. We would like to have a filter that can display all the items that fit even one of these criteria.
I am needing a custom export that includes Item SKU and Item Name. Not all of the fields on Order Awaiting Shipment screen are available for creating a custom export.
Customers need the ability to view live shipping rates for heavy orders that are split into multiple boxes when checking out on my BigCommerce website. When the weight of an order exceeds the carrier's limit for one box (UPS is 150lbs), ShipStation cannot comprehend and says there is no rate available. If we can split an order into multiple boxes on the merchant side, this should be able to display this rate on the customer-facing end as well. It would be great if an order weighs over the carrier's max, ShipStation provided a live rate that would factor in multiple boxes. For example if an order weights 170lbs, it would provide the rate for a 150lb box (for this example say it costs $100) and rollover the remainder to another box of 20lbs (say $50). The customer would be provided a rate of $150 at checkout. I'm currently having to tell customers to contact me for a custom shipping quote if the order weighs over 150lbs which is causing my business to lose customers who abandon their carts at this stage of checkout.
Would love to see a report for sales tax paid by shipped to state.
