Build better products with our product team
We receive the weekly digest reports through email, but we would like to see if we can take the same report and customize it to fit within the range we want. Either by monthly, quartly, yearly, etc. If it can be under the Insight Reports so that it's easy access to download the reports rather than having to go through our emails and download each week for the past few months just to compare data.
Hey team,I am currently offering an item for sale on a platform called Kajabi and I am using Zapier to transfer the order into Shipstation. I have created an automation for the shipping to populate in every incoming order, but I would like every order that comes in to contain a specific SKU automatically. Could you please add this feature?
So we recently all of a sudden got loads of address verification errors for lots of our orders. Our supplier also had some major issues and our stock was delayed so we were getting a backlog of orders that we couldn't ship until the stock came in, during this period it became clear how many orders get verification errors, which I have been informed by shipstation support is most likely due to a combination of our checkout software but also royal mail's verification rules. So in order to give our support team the list of orders with errors so they can contact the customer to get the right details and then update them in shopify I needed to be able to run a report. But it's not an option. So I had to manually click on each order then i added it to a batch to separate them (for viewing purposes) then export them to csv, but it was very time-consuming. So the ability to either (or both options ideally) be able to run a report or filter by address errors would be very useful.
The auto split feature for products is a great improvement but does not currently work for bundle products. If a bundle product is set to auto split and an order is created with that product, because the bundle is made of up of other individual SKUs, those SKUs are not split out into another shipment (basically, nothing happens). Because we fulfill specific bundles separately but the individual components of those bundles with everything else, this would be extremely helpful to us.
I know there is some reporting for the person who ultimately ends up scanning and completing the order, but is there way I can assign the order and track who does the picking? We run a two person setup for pick and pack. The end reporting in Insights only shows the closeout scan. Honestly, I would like to track who has what order and total orders for the picker.
Upon my first try of the new label printing workflow UI, I have the following suggestions:1 - Part of the insurance amount field is cut off (see image). Please make sure you test on Safari 16.5.1 (Mac OS Ventura 13.4.1) and that it can handle font size changes.2 - It now takes an extra click to access the manual Print link, which is a step backwards. There seems to be room in the GUI to add a Print button for this that like doing manual printing (or where your ShipStation Connect doesn't work sufficiently), instead of having to click the ••• menu and then click Print. Thanks!
I think there should be an option in the user permissions to only access a specific stores' reporting data instead of all the stores attached to Shipstation.
Can SS enable having more than one FBA account linked to a SS account? We ship products for multiple companies, each with their own FBA account, but can only link a single FBA account to our SS account.
Shipping label "ship from" information can be customized for each store. In our case, we have 7 stores and one physical shipping location. In order to show the correct store name on the shipping label, we have to create 7 locations. However, the end-of-day form is one form per location, we will get 7 EOD forms instead of one. It makes our end-of-day package counting and carrier scanning difficult. A shipping label branding feature per store would solve this problem. Thank you.
Update the customer on the status of their curb side order. When it's been picked, built, ready for pick-up, etc. Same workflow as shipped orders.
It would be an enormous benefit to allow 3rd party shipping from shipstation instead of linked carriers.
Im now having to pay for my UPS account to connect as a carrier just to be able to 3rd party bill. Would be nice to have that as an option with the shipstation UPS account.
Please add the option for 3rd party billing to your UPS option. The only way to currently bill to a client is to pay $20 per month to use your own UPS account. This is a feature my business relied on in the past, losing that is a big downgrade.
Move the pop up windows lower in the screen so that it does not interfere with the top right menu/buttons....
Calculated shipping is awesome on Wix as I'm sure it is other platforms, but not if I can't also do free shipping at $100 as well! Gotta have those shipping incentives!
ShipStation does not support multi-item shipments on the Amazon connection. We have an order for 4 blenders on seller fulfilled prime, and we now have to log into Seller Central to ship because ShipStation does not support this. Umm...please fix.
The walmart integration does not set values for email, customer ID, or payment method. While those fields are not necessary to ship the order, we pull all shipments out of shipstation via the API to import into our financial system of record (Netsuite). If no customer ID is provided by walmart, use the internal shipstation customer ID so it's not null. If no payment method is supplied by walmart, hardcode something like 'walmart'. Email address would be nice to ask walmart to provide. Ebay and Amazon provide it. thanks
Why is godaddy intergtation not set up with shipstatio everyone has to grow up and talk !
Our CSV file we download has weights in pounds rather than ounces. None of our orders are so small as to have weights in ounces. However, the only way to map the weight is in ounces and so our order weights don't ever import correctly into the system. We would like to recommend allowing the choice of whether we want to map the weight as pounds or ounces.
I would ideally like to have the ability to allow for orders that are imported via shopify that contain multiple locations to appear in their own separate locations.Currently when an order contains different item locations are imported as if they are all coming from one place, however if we had the ability to split those that would add a layer of depth that would enable us to ship from different locations and feeding back into shopify in a partially fulfilled state.
Our In-Cart Delivery options for our store is only grabbing live rates for the weight and displaying it to the customer. We need the rate to calculate with the dimension of the product as well. Customer would only pay, for example $25 for shipping according to the weight of the product, but when the label is created with the dimension of the box included, the label ends up being $35 and we lose $10 for one order. It also doesn't apply if the order is insured as carriers would only cover up to $100, any order over $100 would need to include insurance rate on top of shipping cost. In-Cart Delivery Options, dimensions and insurance aren't currently able to be included within the rates sent to the customers, please implement it.
We have hundreds of BOMs and I would love to be able to import all child components instead of adding them individually. This would allow us to really utilize the inventory feature in shipstation. Currently, the inventory tracking only works for standalone products as our BOMs contain a lot of the same components.
Need a way to decipher Net30 orders as they come in from WooCommerce to ShipStation. Payment type is not imported and is not viewable on a user level. If it was, we could then set up automation in Shipstation to automatically tag those orders.
ShipStation needs to have a functionality to track the incidences of shipping mistakes per user. If a customer calls back and says they are missing something, or something was wrong with their shipment, I would like to be able to record these notes on the shipment and tie it to the user that verified the shipment.I think adding a column to the shipments grid with the title "Shipping Errors" with a text field that allows for shipping managers to record issues would be feasible. If Shipment 1000110 was missing one T-shirt and was verified by John, a manager should be able to record these notes on that shipment to use as a performance indicator.
Hello! Feature request for Insights/reporting. Ability to see shipping costs for a SKU/item by zone. Thank you.
