This, I think, would be a really simple add. There needs a to be a way to quickly glance at an order (without selecting it) to see if there is stock available for the order or not. Right now, I have to go through each order, one by one, to see if there is any stock available and sort the orders accordingly. It would be so much faster if I could just create a tag that applies to every order to check the inventory levels. That way I can quickly sort between orders that have stock and orders that don't have stock.
It appears Suddenly, out of the blue. Now when I combine shipment. Only the surviving sku/item remains.so basically. ORDER A: has a teapotORSER B: has a toothbrush both go same customer and address both on Amazon. When you combine these. You will only see one item. Depending which order you define as the surviving order. 🙁 This has got to be the biggest disappointment. we have customers make multiple orders all the time. Daily. And we offer free shipping. We need to combine these. But how can we if we can’t see the sku/item? PS. Currently when you combine order. It will not update on Amazon side and you have to manually update the tracking on Amazon. Now this was another surprise. And a bummer. I’ll deal with it. But this issue with only showing 1 sku!?! Wow, what a bummer PPS. I’m building software for a work around for this. Aswell as features for Amazon custom. If interested please contactjon (d0t) s (at) me (d0t) com basically we will use shipstation still. Before combining shipments you will take your PDFs packing slips and processing them in our software. To “combine them” then combine them on shipstation as usual. im doing this primarily because of custom features I need due to Amazon custom. So if you do amazon custom. Reach out for sure
Does anyone have any experience with SOS inventory? We currently are using SOS as our inventory control. Our order come from Shopify and other marketplaces to our SOS and SOS send the order to Shipstation from our marketplaces. The problem is that is we directly link our Shopify to shipstation the order is duplicated in our SOS because SOS can’t send order updates back to Shopify. Any help would be great on this.
When creating an automation, we need a way to chain multiple criteria and CHOOSE between AND or OR for them. For example,If the order has the following SKU ....APP17CORAPP18CORAPP19CTHEN do the following... Or we can change those "OR" to "AND" in order to only do something if the order contains ALL of those SKU's etc.. Adding this functionality would greatly expand on the available tasks for automations.
Currently live rates only shows the cheapest shipping method rate if delivery time is identical with another shipping method's rate. Sometimes a customer would like one carrier over another (eg UPS vs USPS) so my request is for a feature to flag a shipping method to "always show" even if it is not the cheapest. I think the feature of only showing the cheapest is a good idea. However, having the option to turn it off is important as some companies may have business practices that prefer to show the customer more options for shipping (like us!).
Is there a way to have the “Shipping Account “ field change automatically to match the “Provider” field when changed? For instance – if I download the UPS report and change to FedEx or vice versa the Shipping Account field still remains the previous selection. If staff doesn't notice - we generate and print a blank page. Would love for the Ship Acct to auto match the Provider chosen.
Hi, We have four ship from locations with different zip codes that have more or less the same SKUs in each warehouse. This is so that we can provide fast shipping speed in most regions. We currently have orders automated to select the ship from warehouse via customer's state (ex. CA, ID, GA...) but sometimes we find that we can be a bit off. We wanted to know if there is a way to find the cheapest shipping option based on available ship from locations as well as available shipping service, on a bigger scale. If it can be automated to just choose the ship from location based on proximity, that works too. Any ideas would help. Thanks!
In Stamps.com my presets had a " Message field". There I could write * (item quantity) Thank you* it would print out ON the label for that preset so packaging would be much easier. Without that packaging has to determine quantity to package according to weight. ALSO in the Stamps.com presets I could customize an international quantity preset to have the correct customs form filled out for quantity ordered. In ShipStation I filled out my preset customs form for 1 unit ordered and when I printed an order for 2 units ordered, I see the automated customs only said pkg had 1 unit in there. PRESETS need to be more like Stamps.com for ease of use! Thank you!
We currently send via Transglobal (which doesn't integrate with SS) and can send a small 500g parcel to US tracked for GBP6 plus a DPD pickup charge of GBP8 that covers all parcels in that batch. Royal Mail tracked is 20GBP and Evri is 10GBP or so. So we would like to ask that you incorporate Evri international options (especially since DPD doesn't cover US either). Thanks!
Parcelforce offer Age Verification service on their Express24 shipping. Instructions are printed on the shipping label so that drivers know they must ask the recipient for photo ID. The only confirmation option currently showing on ShipStation is "Signature". Until the "Age verfication" option is added, I cannot use Shipstation for my business.
I think it would be amazing to have the abbility to print a label on the printer connected to my work computer from my mobil app.
About 30% of our orders are split and shipped from different warehouses. But Branded Return Portal does not allow customers to put their "order #" and "zip code" and self-service create a return label. This is a big drawback and makes shipstation return portal not very helpful to us.I would suggest allowing split shipments to use Branded Returns.
We ship a large majority of our orders in multiple packages and currently do so manually by going into the order, clicking "+" next to "Package" to ship multiple packages, and applying a "Package Set". It would save a lot of time to allow multiple packages when creating new "Preset Groups" under the "Products" tab. Currently, it only allows us to preset one package under "Shipping Defaults" when adding a Preset Group. Please also input a "+" button for multiple packages for the Rate Calculator and when creating return labels. These new additions would improve our workflow and the efficiency of using ShipStation.
Hello, it appears that order automation is currently only configured for order-specific details with limited Product-related criteria. It would be extremely beneficial if criteria could be added for Product-specific information like Product Created date. This would allow users to automate processes to identify orders for products that may be new/old. One important application of this idea is to create an automation criteria for orders with Products that have a Creation Date of Today, with an action of tagging the item with a "Quality Control Needed" tag so that the team sees that today is the first instance of sales of that item and therefore need to check to make sure all the details are correct. Since other product specific details like Warehouse are already in the criteria, this should be a pretty straightforward implementation
At the moment all labels created through Shipstation DO NOT appear in Shipment History on UPS.com. This means we do not have the ability to edit orders once they are in transit, eg change address, return to sender, lodge enquiry. It would be helpful to have an integration that provides UPS.com with all shipment history.
We use many platforms for selling and need to allow customers to obtain return labels themselves. Right now, if the order has been split, they cannot do so. If we create a return manually we can choose which product (even on split orders) is being returned and get a return label for it. Why can't the customer have the same option?
Could you integrate the use of Amazon transparency codes for amazon shipments? I sell another vendor's products and thus for all amazon orders of those products I have to go into Amazon to enter the transparency code provided by the OEM vender at the time of shipment in order to properly get paid by amazon. it is possible that an order may require more than one code if more than one item ordered that requires a code. also i tried to upload a picture of the shipping screen on amazon but your system says permission denied so could not upload a photo under "cover photo" here.
Can we please have the ShipStation Development Team allow for importing of UPC records from BigCommerce at the time of import. After speaking with ShipStation Support, we've come to the conclusion that ShipStation is able to create Product Records when importing orders from BigCommerce, however ShipStation is not importing the UPC. This is a massive inconvenience, as we are unable to use the Scan to Verify & Print functionality without UPC's. The manufacturers of the products we sell have printed UPC's on the product packaging, but not our in-house SKU's. As a result of not being able to scan UPC's in ShipStation, we're having to manually read the UPC/Barcode on the product packaging and verify it against the product record in our POS to make sure we are fulfilling the order with the correct products. This is a very time consuming process and leads to human error.
As far as I can tell (and I have asked support too), there is no way to add seperate label messages for different selling channels. Just one message for all selling channels. With multiple brands, this feels limiting. Is this something ShipStation can change in the future? Also, I can't seem to find a way to see what the packing slip and label will look like, with my chosen options, prior to printing a purchased label. The only draft I can see is a generic 4x6 label and packing slip. Thoughts here would be helpful. Thank you
We use UPS on our shipments into Canada but currently process the shipments in worldship because they offer paperless / electronic customs clearance. Paperless clearing is easier for the seller and faster for the buyer. No additional printing out paper forms for the seller and since the customs labels are done electronically the merchandise never stops in customs for some one to review, so your items deliver a few days faster. Shipstation please add this feature.
We have a warehouse in Austria and Netherlands. We would like to fulfill our EU orders form these warehouses. Can you please add these countries next?Thank you!!
We are currently having issues with XPO not being listed as the carrier in the drop down menu when we mark an order as shipped. When we update to carrier to "other" and have it sent to the Marketplace (Amazon), it is having our shipments show invalid tracking on Amazon. Amazon has XPO listed as carrier in their selection when updating tracking for an order. We are required not to use "other" when the carrier is listed in the drop down menu. Please add XPO Logistics, Inc., in shipstation. This would help with this issue greatly!
Item quantity allows integers only. Please allow for 2 decimal point in the item quantity field.
Current item pricing field only allows pricing to 2 decimal pointsThis results in incorrect calculations for large quantities of inexpensive itemsPlease increase to 4.
Our warehouse is based in Montreal Canada and use Canada Post or UPS for our shipments. We currently have the option to create a return through ShipStation for Canada Post only. 1. We would love to see UPS returns available as well (canada to canada) 2. We would love to have the option to send return labels to customers including a QR code so the customer can bring the package directly to a service point and have the label printed for them. (both Canada Post & UPS) Thank you
