I was wondering if there is a way we can make a folder to archive orders?
Would like to see if an order is canceled and the restored show in Order Activity. As of now it will show canceled, but if it is restored there is no record of the user that restored the order or the date or time. It only shows the next action taken. Thank you.
Please consider adding this FedEx option to your carriers setup.
My company is currently using branded return portal and we got some emails from our customers that they can not print the label on their end. I tested some orders and found out that it happens on mobile devices. The label is created when customers submit the return request through the return portal but it can't be printed from mobile devices. Once I click the print return label button, the print preview shows the page of the return portal instead of the return label. I asked this to customer service and I was told this page is designed for computers not mobile devices. If so, is there a way to make it work or will there be any alternatives instead of using branded portal? Please advise!
Probably like a few others on here. I currently sell in the UK and have a click & drop account. As most of my items are "small parcels" they tend to go Evri or RM. There is however a massive opportunity for Shipstation (revenue) to capitalise on a really daft flaw in the RM system. As a small seller, you sign up for a Click & Drop account (these can't be integrated with shipstation)You sell more & realise what a time saver shipstation isYou apply for an OBA from Royal Mail (you need to send minimum 1000 parcels a year)You then receive a quote from RM and see that as a business they charge you more than you pay click & drop (unless you are sending 10's of thousands of items)It would be great much like the UPS that has been added to get RM via shipstation. I appreciate that the way RM works there may be a fair amount of added complexity as they work on average weights rather than banded weights or volumetric weights per shipment such as other providers. On a very basic level I think a simple integration of the following service on 2kg and under could be a great addition (I'm sure from all the data you could see how many UK sellers are posting what sized items etc)Royal Mail 24Royal Mail 48 Thanks
We use the scan to verify feature for pulling orders, after they are pulled we ship and pack them. On the shipments tab there is a column titled "scan to verify" that gives the date and time that it was verified. This would be incredibly helpful on the orders tab so we could know immediately if any of the orders were ready to be shipped or still needed to be pulled. Has anyone had any luck with using automation to tag orders that have been verified?
We often have orders come in that require multiple boxes of different sizes. It would be so nice to be able to choose our box size for each package, rather than having to enter the dimensions for each box. I know there is a feature where we can add multiple boxes of different sizes to a "set" to use as a base, and that would be helpful if most of our orders used the same number of the same size boxes, but because each order is unique it isn't practical to try to predict all the different size and number combinations that would be necessary to make that feature useful.
We are using Cin7 to process orders before it goes to ShipStation in order to print the postage. I want to print the packing slips from Cin7 in order to smooth process out. once the order is then picked via Cin7 and it send the order over to ShipStation to save paper, ShipStation should then recognise the transaction/order barcode in the scan to verify pack module. So you would be able to scan the packing slip that Cin7 has generated.
Would like the possibility to add our Processing days and our Courier pick up dates. Then for example if processing orders on a Saturday the Ship date on the label reverts to Monday as the next possible shipping day. [or after an End of day is completed]
When using FBA to ship, ShipStation should incorporate the ability to select"Only ship with blank boxes" and"Block Amazon Logistics as a carrier for this order"when orders are coming from a specific selling platform. For example, walmart.com.
Shipstation orders sidebar no longer shows custom fields from etsy and other marketplaces in the ITEMS tab. Clicking into order details shows heavily shortened custom fields, with the only way to read the full details is hover over the field which means selecting the info is not possible. So now, shipstation is an order management suite with no way to easily select info submitted by the customer. And even reading it has become increasingly difficult. Is this by design, or is this an error which will be quickly fixed?
When clicking on an order to start shipping, get notified that there's another pending order going to same address, if want to merge the two shipments as one. Or, add an automation rule where you can tag multiple orders that are awaiting to be shipped that are going to same address or same customer so we're aware, instead of having to check order alerts every time for combining orders.
We currently use the new batch options as working folders for orders in which we after tag and export to order and process in other systems. Adding the Order actions such as tagging and exporting is essential for the batch view!
As a company that works with many Shipstation clients we are constantly on the computer entering in the Warehouse location that also matches up with the Inventory Warehouse Location when you are doing the Product Details. Is they a way that you could create a map so that when I enter in product and location in the Inventory Warehouse Location it can automatically be entered into the Warehouse Location as and always have the oldest created location be the one that is the first one to show up on the Picking Slip for those of use that follow FIFO/FEFO.
With the new Split Ship features rolling out, sending out orders with multiple shipments is getting easier and easier. However, the one thing that is still holding these new features back is the inability to create and print all the labels at once in the Order Details window. You have a multiple shipment order, you split everything up into their respective shipments and apply a profile to each of them. It would make sense to be able to press a button to create and print each of these labels at once, right? Instead we either have to create and print each label one by one, or we have to close the window and select each shipment individually before creating labels. In some cases, creating the new shipments will place them at the bottom of your queue separate from the rest of the shipments contained in your order. The implementation of this feature will not only save significant time for shippers who process large, multi-shipment orders, but will also keep the shipments better organized as everything you are currently processing stays tied neatly together in the same window.
Currently, Shipstation offer air freight services for FedEx, but not ground freight services for FedEx like FedEx Freight® PriorityFedEx Freight® EconomyPlease include these for freight as it will be cheaper and more popular than the available FedEx freight services Shipstation currently has which is FedEx 1Day® FreightFedEx 2Day® FreightFedEx 3Day® Freight
We have to check the box for "Notify Market Place" for every single shipment. If a user forgets, the marketplace doesn't get updated and we have orders sitiing in our website listed as processing. Seeing as to how having that box unchecked would be the rarity, and having it checked would be the majority, I feel this should be default checked with the option to uncheck if necessary.
Describe the Problem:We often create large picklists with more than 10 pages. And currently, the default picklist does NOT show any page numbers and we cannot customize it. Suggestion:We would suggest that shipstation can have the page number displayed by default at the footer/header of the picklist.
We ship all heavy products and being able to create multiple packages from an automation would be great- FEDEX don’t appreciate 50kg parcels apparently! We currently have to manually adjust these for individual items which wastes a lot of time.
Please provide the ability to have shipments of more that 1 box with API
Please provide an Option to not require international shipping docs to create label
why?Because if something is amiss, my staff need to go into the warehouse with the packcing slip and check the discrepency. Also, , our pull and ship process is two part. My pulling staff need to be able to take the packing slip into the warehouse, and scan it, to make sure they ar epulling the right item. The shipping staff would then do the verification process when packing. The data is there, we need to be able to define how we use it. Also, using the SKU as the barcode is not reality. SKU and UPC are COMPETELY different things in the real retail world. This needs to get fixed, and you need to imporet UPC data from shopify separately - that is WHY they have different fields. Judy
Hi there! We want to be able to more easily track which user created and shipped a manual order. I do see the order log in each individual order, but it would be immensely helpful if we could see the user ID of who created the order, and who created the shipment in the grid, and to be able to filter by these features. I know we can tag orders, but it requires the user remembering to do this ... which almost never happens for us. It would help us with accountability.
I understand that ShipStation sets a 35 character limit on street lines which makes sense as I believe US addresses are 34 characters or less. However this isn't also true of the UK where some examples of genuine verified street lines might be:The Lodge Education and Training Centre (39 characters)100 Blairmuckhole And Forrestdyke Road (38 characters)Royal Mail's own click and drop system has a maximum 99 character limit for the street lines. Please could you review if ShipStation could set the limit higher as we're having to manually edit some addresses to get them to import via the api.thanks in advance,David
Hi,We would love to use Shipstation if it integrated with Tuffnells. We currently use Evri and tuffnells, and cant really change as evri are so cheap, and Tuffnells take such a large range of dimensions
