Integrate Shipstation into Big Commerece For real Time Quotes for UPS UPS Freight Fed Ex Fed Ex Freight USPS DHL basically any account already available for quotes in Shipstation and with ability to add modify services offered and Shippers.
To have real-time shipping rates available for our customers in check-out, shopify has everyone register with USPS web tools api. There is also an easy ship option to pull through pricing. I'm really actually surprised that shipstation hasn't done this yet. It'd be nice to have our shipping costs from shipstation reflected for our customers in checkout, either with an api or something.
DHL eCommerce Direct Integration to ShipStation. DHL offers significant savings over usps first class. It would be great to see DHL eCommerce integrat directly in ShipStation!!! As of now you need to set up an Endicia account for the ability to use DHL eCommerce in ShipStation. And not to mention you have no way to see your DHL ecommerce rates because the label is being processed via Endicia. Last but not least the labels for DHL eCommerce printed via Endicia are ugly and cannot be customizable the SKU will print in really small size on the top right of label.
One of the problems with international shipping (even domestic shipping) is charging our customers the correct amount for shipping costs. While Shipstation allows us to calculate the costs for shipping, there is no way to charge our customers the correct amount, but it seems Shipstation has a solution to this problem that they're not utilizing. Shipstation has a developer API that allows developers to get information such as shipping rates, but this isn't being used in any of the integrations. Link: https://www.shipstation.com/developer-api/#/reference/shipments/get-rates If they implement this into their integrations for e-commerce CMS's such as Magento & Opencart, customers will be able to see shipping rates based on the items they are ordering (by size and weight) when they checkout. They can then choose what service they want to use, and get charged accordingly. This will make shipping, especially international shipping, quick, easy and stress free, knowing that shipping costs are 100% covered by our customers.
I need to be able to have orders go to pending fulfillment so that the warehouse knows what has been packaged or not. Right now it's confusing because as soon as a label is created, it's marked as shipped. It makes no sense that there is no step in between so that there is a differentiator between a package that is picked and awaiting pick-up and simply has a generated shipping label.
Hi guys, We've recently enrolled with a new marketplace called Onbuy which we are really excited about as an alternative to Amazon since they really champion independent sellers and don't try to catch them out every 5 minutes! But at the moment we have to upload everything manually via csv as we can't integrate shipstation. So would love to see a connection created soon!
Hi there,We moved from UPS to DHL as the former was having a Brexit nightmare with exports.DHL labels print, but a bit on the small side. I think they are designed to be printed at 4" x 8.5" rather than 4" x 6". It hasn't caused a problem yet but the addresses are pretty tiny after our (Zebra ZD420) printer scales it. Can you please add a 4" x 8.5" label size? Thanks.
It would be very helpful to have a daily, weekly, monthly report on Orders that are assigned to certain team members. Shipment Count by User only gives information on who actually fulfilled the order, not who the order was assigned to.
Need access to the Customer Engagement raw data that goes towards creating the Customer Engagement Graph on the Customer Engagement Insights page. Want to further analyze this data internally to try to improve our numbers, but impossible to do so without the raw data export. See below for specific graph I am referencing.
We need the capability to export to Excel the “Ship Notification” field as part of the general export. We need to know – Sent/Not Sent/Failed
Some of the tags that we use are for flagging certain orders to apply a hot key or special shipment configuration at the scan to print screen. We pick and pack multiple orders at once and then scan their packing slips at a later stage to print the shipping label. It would be beneficial to show the "tag" on this screen so we know which shipping configuration to add. We can't add shipping configurations prior in bulk because we do not yet have the weight of the fully packed order or type of package that will be used. I hope this is possible! Thank you.
Adding a report column let us know when a package was delivered so I can see how often a package is delivered on time based on delivery service and location.
I was searching for a report that would show how much we spend on shipping each day over a period of time (ideally a custom period of time). So far I can only see total shipping cost for 1 day at a time, with each transaction for that day. I can expand that to see each transaction for each day over a period of time (last 7 days, etc) BUT I would love to see total cost per day over time on a graph so I can easily identify trends in costs, etc over time. Looks like what I'll have to do is some annoying excel work to get these numbers when it would be super nice just to easily view these metrics on a simple graph somewhere within ShipStation (or even just a report I can export and easily turn into a graph in excel).
We are looking to clean up our Automation Rules on our Account, as they are quite extensive and it would be helpful to have an Audit Report that you could run and share with us so we are able to see how often each Automation Rule is used and the last time they were used. This way we can determine which ones we can Remove and which to Keep.
Expand the existing "Customer Overview" page to include international orders. Create a more interactive map, allowing you to drill down on states / countries to get specific data.
The only option for viewing weight in reports is as ounces. We do a lot of analysis based on weight and shipping method but looking at ounces instead of pounds is annoying. We LOVE the reporting functionality of ShipStation except for this one thing. Thanks!
We require certain information exported into excel from shipstation for our fulfillment company's manifest. All the information is available on shipstation, but there is currently no way to select specific fields and export ONLY those fields. It's a huge time suck to format a full excel export to the right cells and view as we require, and I have tried adding the required fields into a custom view and exporting that, but not everything is available as an option (which is odd, because this is all info that you have the data for, so I don't understand why I can't make the view with all of it - I've come close, but there's always a couple fields missing). I have managed to do the exports but they seem to always be missing something - the two options, order items and orders have 'most' of that info, but not all - and certainly haven't found a way to do only the columns I would like. Ideally if I could choose these items in a custom 'view' then export that view, it would make things easy. I can get the view to have ALMOST everything (currently I've managed one that has everything except the Ship to Street address, city, zip, and country of origin) but there seems to be no way to export that specific view with those specific columns. I don't really understand why we can't add all the data that's currently available in Shipstation into the view. It seems odd that the column options are missing certain data fields that exist in other views and reporting features. It would allow more companies to fulfill their manifest requirements with less resources if we were all able to choose what information we wanted in an exported report.
can we have option to display sku's instead of or with (Check Box or something) the descriptions. We have items with the same description. so its hard to tell what it is.
I would like to be able to select the information I need on a report. Currently the information I need is spread across multiple reports, and they each contain a lot of information I don't need. I will have to download multiple reports, filter them down, and then combine them. If I could simply choose the criteria I would like to include on a report, it would save a lot of time!
Exporting Line Item Data via the Shipments Tab is missing the Custom Fields data option After clicking Advanced Options, Custom Fields does not pop up and this is a very general need for many people including ourselves. We need the Custom Fields Data to be on our Shipment Line Item Export for automating our shipping process.
I would like to see the Ship Station Integration with Klaviyo be upgraded to include "Order Delivered" tracking. As of now, the delivery information is not fed through to Klaviyo and it hinders our ability to set up email communications correctly. Because of the ever-changing status of the pandemic, shipping and lead times are not consistent. This means that triggering flows and emails off of the existing "Order Shipped" event is not enough. Having "Order Delivered" would enable us to trigger these emails off of when the customer receives the package, avoiding confusion for them, and making our communication more streamlined.

We make frequent split shipments, but in the child shipments the custom fields are not preserved. We use some of these custom fields for printing on our packing slips. Please find a way to preserve and replicate the custom fields to the split shipments.
We have two FedEx accounts and two UPS accounts. When I check services in one FedEx account, the other FedEx account services sync to it (same when I check settings in one of the UPS accounts). This is so frustrating. If the service settings in each account were isolated and unique to a particular account, our shippers could choose a shipping method and not have to fill in the correct account - it could be automatically filled in. Because of this, our shippers have to add one more step to each transaction. It seems so basic to me; I am surprised this has not been resolved or improved upon.
Hey, We would like a way for ShipStation to auto change the status of a split order. Right now it will change the status of the orders that are shipped but if the order is split it stays as processing. It dose send a note to WooCommerces with the products that were shipped and the tracking number but it keeps the order status as processing. If it could change the order status to Split Order that would be great. That way when we are going threw the orders on WooCommerces we don't have to open them to find out why it has not shipping already. Also we don't accidentally re-ship the whole order thinking it just has not been shipped. I has already spoken with a plugin that is willing to work with y'all and make this an option in WooCommerce if y'all can make ShipStation send a code to WooCommerce like it dose when its shipped. The ladies I have been talking to is Beka and her email is support@skyverge.com. This would be such a great function and I really believe a lot of people would benefit from this.
