With the new version you can no longer split an order after it has been 'Shipped' and a label created. We use this option when there is an error on the order. We make custom patches, so if a patch is sent with a misspelled word, but was on an order of 10 patches, we could reprint the one item rather than the whole order. Now, this is not an option and we have to send a whole order into production.

From the comments posted, the taking away of the manual split function is a major problem that need to be solved sooner not later! At least give it back to us as it was in Legacy format.


Yes, the new format is terrible.  If we need to reship an item for any reason, we have to make a manual order?   Please put this back!
