Hi I pay for recurring weekly UPS pickup, however I had to reach out to Shipstation to see how much I am paying. It took a few weeks, multiple emails and phone calls to find the answer. It would be really nice to have that information somewhere in my account and billing. So I could see for myself how much I am paying as well as having invoices or receipts for tax purposes.

I had the same problem with UPS.  I did know how to set it up, so I, too, got weekly pickup charges.  It is in the there to pick "call for pickup only"  if you can find it UPS's system is the worst and so is the service on the 800 lines the one hand does not work with the other at all.   They say one thing and the next person calls about it.  I personally hate UPS but the drivers are nice...
