We also need to easily edit customer info in ShipStation without having
to import a CSV. We need to do this quickly and easily from within SS to
ensure accurate shipments.
We need a way for our customer service team to accurately quote shipping
costs for multiple package shipments. Many packages we ship are
multiple. Right now, we are losing money on shipments because of the
limitation of ShipStation's rate calculator....
