When we re-ship an order, we usually need to re-make it, as our products
are handmade. The ability to duplicate an order would allow us to assign
it to the proper team member to be made and reshipped.
Agreed! Having to manually enter date and time and name for each note
and hope it doesn't accidentally get deleted or modified by another user
is a huge pain.
