We combine 30-60 orders per week, exceptions being that the orders are
from different channels/stores, or otherwise instructed by the buyer. It

I also have this issue, they list "Puerto Rico" as the state but
ShipStation (or Stamps.com...not sure where the error originates)
doesn't recognize it. The solution is to change the state to "PR". I
