Can we make the 4x6" label format able to be printed as a 6x4" format?

The rolls available for my type of printer is available as a 6x4inch format instead of the standard 4x6. Would it be possible to make the format available to be printed in 4x6 landscape instead of only portrait, or as a 6x4" label instead?
