right, the logo showing up or not should not impact if the parcel will
be held by customs or not. I hope RM will create a fix very soon and
things will start to run more smoothly.
Hi @SuperMgr-Sarah , I have the exact same issue with the IOSS logo not
appearing on the CN23 and customer being charged. Have you find a fix
for this?
