Please automatically update all orders at least once per hour. The frequency right now is anywhere from once per week to once per couple days. This isn't nearly enough.
If we could text the phone number provided in the order their shipping information so they can continue to track their own package.
Hello,As you know, we can select all received orders and download or print a pick list that includes all the items from all orders together. If possible, could you assign a number to this pick list that we could enter as input in the "Scan" tab/field (where you can scan to verify picked items)? This way, our warehouse staff could pick and scan to verify all the items from all orders at once, making only one trip to each rack.Currently, we can only scan order by order (or packing list by packing list), which isn't as efficient. Some orders may contain similar items stored next to each other, so having all the items from all the orders together (as in the aggregated pick list) would allow us to pick and scan to verify everything in one go.
Amazon Netherlands and Belgium have been established for years now but are still not supported by Shipstation. Is their API setup not fairly universal?Amazon seem to be pushing these now for sellers. We have received a warning to say if sellers don't integrate with all of their European stores they will begin to limit visbility of listings on ES, DE, FR and IT.
Every once in a while, ShipStation will disconnect from our store for any number of reasons; it's not always clear and not always the same reason. In any case, it would be very helpful if we could receive an email alert if ShipStation is not able to establish a connection in the last 12 hours or so.Thanks!
We utilize Recharge subscriptions and on the pick list we group all orders by each item, but for subscription items the pick list is displaying each separate charge interval frequency, shipping interval frequency, and shipping interval type (week, month). We also use an upsell app which appends an upsell offer ID to each upsell item sold, thereby creating a separate line item on the pick list for each upsell item sold. I would like to omit these item sub-details from the pick list so we can group all items of the same master SKU together, regardless of subscription frequency, upsell offer, etc.
Hi, ShipStation,DigiKey is a leading electronics distributor, and Home Depot is a top home improvement retailer. We sell many products on these platforms, and it would be incredibly helpful if ShipStation integrated with DigiKey and Home Depot. I’m sure other customers would benefit from this as well.Do you have plans to develop this integration? If so, what is the timeline? Thank you!DW
I was hoping you can add the ability to make switching between custom 4x6 and 8x11 packing slips easier. Our store is mainly a daily deals type store but we also have thousands of different products so half of our sales are people ordering one quantity of one product and the other half of our orders is just like any other. It is important that we switch between the 4x6 printer and the 8x11 printer in order to make our daily workflow go smoothly. We currently print the daily deals type orders on the 4x6 and regular orders on 8x11 but when you switch between the two, the packing slips get switched back to the default packing slips and I either have to go back to the selling channels view and reapply the correct invoice or do an "apply bulk action". I wish there was an easier way to switch between the two packing slips, for example just being able to set a custom packing slip as a "default." We also sell through multiples channels like ebay and amazon and some channels require custom packing slips to have their logos on it and we have automation rules set up to automatically change packing slips to a certain type but since it switches back to default every time I change it, the automation rule pretty much disappears and can cause a potential problem.
We recently had a customer request that we switch one item for another. Unfortunately, after editing their order in Shopify, we discovered that Shipstation doesn't remove the removed item – but simply adds in the new item, showing both items and their combined price. Unfortunately, this could confuse our fulfillment team – causing the package to receive both items instead of just the one. I was told this was not supported by Shopify, and to submit a request here. Here's a screenshot from our Shopify dashboard, shipstation has a partial screenshot below. Since this posting, I've split the order and canceled the shipment with the removed item, but the original order was updated to include both products for a total of $189.92, instead of $89.97I did try running a query using graphql with this specific order, and saw that Shopify has two formats for querying order information in regards to line items and pricing. There's original values such as "quantity" and "totalPriceSet", and then there's current values which are the same, but append "current" to the name. For example, currentQuantity and currentTotalPriceSet. Below are screen shots of the queries with both values, suggesting it's possible to update information such as line item quantities and pricing (in the case of removed items). Running current values shows the updated information, like a quantity of 0 for one matcha, and a quantity of 1 for another as well as current order price. We'd love for items to be removed in shipstation if they're removed within Shopify, as it's likely this bug will cause multiple items to be shipped if not caught beforehand.
Hi, We often get huge amount of orders to import. It would be great to be able to view more than 500 per page so that we can get those batched much quicker. We get up to 40k or more orders and having to get stuck at 200-250 orders at a time is time consuming. I've slowly increased the order's to up to 500 which is great, but now the problem is If i can't see more than 500 orders, I can't select all and batch those all together. When you select all on the first page of 500, the next page doesn't always show the remaining orders. So with the system at the current state, It would solve my issues of having major order batching times by having the orders page view more than 500 per page. ....or fix the views so that if i have say 700 orders, page 1 would show the first 500 and page 2 would show the next 200 vs currently page 1 and page 2 will both show 500 but mixed between the 700 orders which make it hard to keep track which orders have already been batched.
I am very pumped about ShipStation handling returns as it makes sense but I have a couple tweaks that seem to be important and missing. One critical missing piece of information on your returns section is a Comment box for the customer. A lot of times a return cannot be handled with just pre-defined drop-down menus, let alone just one. Having a comment box allows the customer to select Defective and comment that they want a return or why it is defective. Another feature request would be allowing us (admins) to edit the Reason drop down menu. There are a couple that do not pertain to us. Lastly, is the handling of international orders. Is there a way to reject a return that is not US and tell them to email us? We do not want to issue labels for international and nor do we want them to just receive an error. Another small request would be increasing the size of the Return Policy section.
Please Improve the following:1. set check boxes or a different input method to choose which services to include. Currently having to add, scroll through a list repeatedly for each service, takes a lot of time and makes it difficult to ensure correct services are enabled for the strategy. 2. Ability to prioritize shipping accounts and/or services. I have multiple accounts, sometimes times two or more accounts offer the same rate. If two accounts offering the same rate and the rate is considered the “Lowest Price”, there is no way to choose which account wins the strategy. If doing the check box method, it would be great as a two step setup process like the automation rules, where you select the carriers on step one and change the order of priority on step 2. 3. make the ability to copy Strategy to create a new Ruleset.
I am new to Ship Station but not to Ecommerce shipping. The primary reason I came to Ship Station was for rate shopping. You have the SCAN screen with Verify & Print which is how we work our warehouse. We want to scan a packing slip and then scan the items into the box and once complete finish by finding the best rate and print label. The SCAN screen is MISSING the rate calculator?!? From our standpoint, this is like building a nice boat and leaving it tied to the dock. We cannot use the SCAN screen then because we need rate shopping. This seems very obvious and for such a good product as Ship Station it is a serious omission. Please add the rate calculator to the SCAN screen to make it fully functional. Thanks.Jim
Shipstation should develop an integration with Zoey in order to push an updated inventory after an order is received. It is very helpful if you are selling same inventory to multiple channels
I need an export that shows me the number of boxes in each order and what dimension each box is. All the current exports only show the first box dimensions it doesn't show anything from the other boxes in the shipment.
If an order has a transportation cost above a certain amount (ie $200) it would be nice to have some sort of message pop up indicating that a different carrier should be used. This would be helpful to alert our numerous warehouse employees that they need to do something different vs their normal routine.
Adding a dedicated space in the right hand side of the Scan to verify workflow where you can see order notes.Ideally between Shipping info and customs.
For starters, being able to automatically set a Label Printer as your default printer on the mobile app would be useful, like on the desktop. Multiple Package shipments on the Mobile app would be useful. And, having a rate calculator option within the shipment, much like the desktop, would be very useful. I use all of these things a lot on the desktop and I am trying to get our company to move into the Mobile app to help with the speed of packing, pulling and shipping orders.
We have one FedEx account for all of our employees. However, there isn't a way to indicate a cost center like when we log into our actual FedEx account at FedEx.com. Being able to indicate a cost center through ShipStation would allow us to easily bulk print all of our FedEx shipping labels for large clients. Having a cost center directly linked in ShipStation would allow an easier process for our accounting team - the appropriate department would already be coded, rather than having to notify accounting of a shipment for a specific department, and then them having to create a journal entry in the accounting system to charge the appropriate department. I like that ShipStation shows invalid addresses immediately upon importing order information, before attempting to print addresses. We then have time to reach out to our client to verify address information prior to their desired ship date.
These 3 changes would improve the Import Orders feature:Stay in store: Recognize which store is currently selected by the user, and automatically use that store for import. (Don't require choice from drop-down list unless user wants to select a different store from the current one.)Default mapping for store: Allow user to set a default mapping for a store. Then, automatically select that mapping when importing into that store.Show the imported orders. When import is complete, show the imported orders. (Currently, user must first dismiss a completion notice dialog, and then RE-select the store that was already selected for the import.Bonus item: Allow user to set Import button to be displayed always (so a trip to the Other Actions menu is not necessary). We use Import frequently, but some other buttons we use rarely (Assign To, Bulk Update) are always displayed. Thanks for considering.
Combine/Split order using ShipStation's API
We need to use Roadie as an integrated Local Delivery provider in the same way that Uber can be used now. A first-party ShipStation integration would be great.
i can see that Tiktok US is now working but for me in the UK the connection for Tiktok UK isnt working yet, how long will it be till its live?
There should be a feature where once you print labels, the "Print Preview Labels" window automatically closes. That way, there is no confusion on if a batch was already printed or not. You know, that if the window is gone, your print session has commenced.
We import orders from QBs into a store called Manual. These orders are scheduled in one of three locations to be produced and will ship from those locations. It is not practical to specify in ShipStation what order will ship from which location so it would be nice if each location could just have a different user and the ability to set their own Ship From Address. As it is now, if one user changes the default, it changes for all. Thanks.
