Pioneer Rx integrates with other companies like FedEx, UPS and USPS to print shipping labels for their patients. Can Shipstation integrate with Pioneer Rx so we could print out our shipping labels directly from our pharmacy software?
I was chatting with SS help and they told me this is not available. Is this really the case? I see places to connect SS with real time quotes. I am using BigCommerce.ThanksJeff
I would like to see the implementation of the "Direct Delivery" option for UPS packages, which restricts delivery only to the address we ship to and doesn't allow recipients to re-direct the delivery of packages. This is essential for fraud protection.
We would like the ability for Shipstation to support Electronic Export Information (EEI). We have a worldwide business and regularly ship orders over $2,500 or more internationally. The cost associated with this for us is around $15 per shipment which does not get pushed onto our customers, so if there is a cost charged, maybe the ability to keep it as an internal charge or the ability to push it to customers, if some people would want that. This functionality would include the ability to file and print an EEI from Shipstation so that we can use it as our all-in-one solution for large international shipments. Currently we are going to have to use workarounds.
Showing all rate quotes at the same time for the carrier and service we select in each account. This can save time in comparing the rates, especially it is very slow to load the rate for each service/carriers on ShipStation
As we are doing some end of month reporting we ran into a couple of issues regarding Cost Codes. When we fulfill orders through Stamps alone, we as a company put in Cost Codes so we can track our finances. I have noticed that when I fulfill an order through ShipStation that it gets "pushed over" through Stamps. Unfortunately, I cannot find a Cost Code on the ShipStation platform in order for it to communicate with Stamps. It would be very beneficial for ShipStation to include this feature. All of this is in order for us to keep track of where our money is being placed and for reporting.
I would like to suggest when large orders are split into several different shipments, that each label have "1 of 6" or 2 of 9" or something to let the carriers know there is more than 1 bundle/package in the shipment so that fewer packages get lost in transit/during delivery. We lose a lot of product without that information on the label.
Is it possible to have Shipstation integrate with Shiphero?I recently signed up with a 3PL and was surprised to find out how expensive the shipping rates were! They would also love to use shipstation or other brokerage's discounted rates, however this option isn't avaialble. The 3PL uses shiphero for their WMS software. It would be awesome if there is a way to integrate shipstation's discounted rate to WMS software such as Shiphero.
Allow custom package types, setup in SHIPPING > PACKAGES > Your Packaging, to be passed via the API. We import shipment data via API to Tableau reporting server. Having NULL values under package type makes it tough to report on volume for specific package types.
We need an end of day report for UPS that is scannable. Having only the electronic transmission is keeping the customer from tracking packages as the distribution center doesn't always get the scans when the packages go through the site. Plus the electronic transmission doesn't capture when the packages leave our dock.
Currently the ShipStation API will only return label data when the label is created (POST /shipments/createlabel). It would be very useful for us to be able to pull the label data through the list shipments endpoint (GET /shipments). As this will increase the amount of data returned by the API, adding a parameter similar to includeShipmentItems would make the labelData field optional. Additionally, it would be important to get label data for multiple orders at the same time to reduce the number of API calls we would need to use. In our use case we search for shipments between a specific shipDateStart and shipDateEnd.
I often have to export to easyship to do prepaid customs and they recently partnered with FedEx and are offering amazing pricing. Would much rather purchase that through you. If Easyship can do it I'm sure you can as well!
No option here to add 2 tracking numbers to the one order. Would be nice to have that option.
It is very needed to be able to create a packaging slip per box. Like once it is settled that a shipment has X number of boxes it could appear a dropdown beside each item to select which box they are in.Or the possibility of printing a packaging slip with only selected items within a shipment. So when printing a packaging slip a prompt window appears asking if you want to do a packaging slip for all the items or partial items, and when clicking partial they allow you to select the items and quantity similar dynamic that is already there when splitting the shipment.
Customer support just did a "Backdate Refresh" to push my most recent order from Shopify to ShipStation faster, but the support person said there isn't an option for me to do this manually from my end. Would you please add the option for us front end people? And judging from other posts, you may want to add the option to specify the dates to refresh, but I'm not sure what it looks like on the backend, so you may already have that option built into the backend. Thanks
The products that we sell, have many sizes and color options available. We have many customers that call and would like to change their size or color. Currently there is no way to do that. It would be so helpful if you could edit the order, to change quantity, size, color, add or delete items.
COMBINIG ORDERS IN BATCH VIEW - AWAITING SHIPMENTThere's no reason why we shouldn't be able to combine orders while looking at the batch view. If I have 600 orders awaiting shipment and I have a batch with 50 orders that need combining I should be able to do it from the batch not sift through awaiting shipment.BUG WITH BATCH CAUSING ERROR -IF YOU HAVE A BATCH THEN COMBINE ORDERS IT SHOWS WRONG ORDER COUNTExample: I created a batch with 6 orders. After I combine them I have (technically) 3 orders. The batch shows 6 orders. When I go to print labels I get an error that no carrier is selected for 3 labels and I get the red error and option to retry failed labels. The only way I've found to get around this is to undo the batch then redo it after the labels are combined. There is no error when I do this.UNABLE TO EXPORT BATCH SHIPPED OPTIONSIf I go into the Shipments tab and click on the individual labels then I am able to export the tracking information. If I go into the Shipments tab and click on Batches / Processed and try and export I get the open order options (i.e., no option to export tracking information). ALL NORMAL FUCTIONS PLEASEAnything I do from the Orders tab I should be able to do from my open batches. Likewise, anything I do from the Shipments tab I should be able to do from my processed batches.
In our workflow, we need to print 2 packing lists for every order. Setting up packings lists to print automatically to a printer via ShipStation Connect will only print 1 packing list. I would like to see the option to automatically print multiple copies of any document. Otherwise I cannot print through ShipStation Connect, and I have to manually browse the packing list and print 2.
We use our pick lists to pick directly to individual bins - rather than make a big pile and sort it again at shipping. At this point, when we print a Pick List, it gives us the location in the warehouse (great) and the total qty of that single item (great), which orders it is associated to (amazing) -... but it doesn't tell us the qty for each order. Since the qty isn't listed, we have to print a separate order sheet and check that before putting the items in the individual order bin.It would be so lovely (and simple) if the order line on the Pick List could add a simple qty for the order.Example:Item line with details Order# (qty) | Order# (qty) | Order# (qty)It would save us a great deal of time from stopping to pull out the bin order slip. Its SO CLOSE to perfect!Thank you in advance!
It would be nice to be able to export weight in pounds for line items exports. It appears you can for exporting whole orders but not for line items.
Any time I searched my orders by keyword or SKU, it always displayed the results under "Awaiting Shipment". However, about a week ago, it suddenly changed and now it displays the results under "All Search Results." That's fine if you are searching specifically by order number, since each one is unique, but when searching by keyword or SKU, it's disruptive to the workflow to have to now click "Awaiting Shipment" when that used to be the default result. There does not seem to be a setting to make that the default search view either.
It would be really helpful to have the Rate Browser button available in the Scan to Verify screen. Our warehouse staff use the scan to verify process, but then they jump between browser tabs so they can also access the rate browser. Seems like low-hanging fruit to add this same button/functionality to the scan screen. Would be awesome if ShipStation could add this in. Thanks!
Currently, for International shipments, the ITN number does not appear anywhere on the FedEx auto-generated Commercial Invoice (Customs Form). Please have the ITN number show up on the FedEx Commercial Invoice.
We use Shopify and offer a gift message option at check out. The gift message shows up as a "Note from Buyer" in ShipStation. In order for the gift message to show up on the packing slip for the recipient, we have to manually copy and paste it from the "Note from Buyer" field into the "Gift Message" field. It would save a lot of time, and the possibility of missing a gift message, if we could get it automatically coded to go into that field on ShipStation.
Shopify products are stored in different locations. We need to import that location into the Shipstation Warehouse Location in order to assign the order to the correct user.
