We routinely need to send large shipments via pallets with carriers other than what's available in ShipStation. These orders are "marked as shipped" and end up in the Fulfillment section of ShipStation (not Shipments).

 

As a result, we are unable to access any Insights reports from these "fulfillments". Fulfillment exports do not include the products included in the order.

 

Ideally, there would be a way to either a) have reports available for Fulfillments or b) the ability to recategorize Fulfillments as Shipments.

 

Seems like a critical feature for ecommerce firms that occasionally use carriers other than those in ShipStation.

I have the same issue with local pickup orders that are not included in any of the reports! Technically the status of such orders is "Shipped" but they are not in the shipment reports as they don't have tracking numbers. Customer support hasn't had any clue about any of this and after trying multiple reports, just gave up. 

I'm just amazed about ShipStation lately.... this is another basic feature that is nowhere to be found!
