The ability to assign manual orders to individual stores and not just "Manual Stores"

I have multiple stores, and often will need to creat manual orders for those stores which I then assign to the team who handles that individual store to then pick, pack, and ship.

When creating a manual order, I was told I could only assign a manual order to another "manual order store" 

It's a bit ridiculous that I can't just assign the order I've created to the dedicated store that would need to deal with said order.
