Does anyone find this version speed OK?????

So I am going back and forth with their tech support about how slow this is.   There is no acknowledgement of a problem and they are acting as though the problem is with my system.    They want to know if I can try using a different computer but I do not have one.

So my question is does anyone find the responsiveness of this new version good - say at least on par with V2?   There are a bunch of complaints here about slowness but wondering if we are just unlucky or are there some users who actually have this running fast for some reason.
