Unnecessary info when sending from within the EU to another EU memberstate

I noticed the system comes up with extra fields to be filled out, such as import duties/HS codes and so on, when sending from one EU member state (in our case France) to another EU memberstate. This info requires a lot of time and effort to get it right. It is needed when sending outside the EU, for example, from France to the UK, but it should not come up when sending from and to countries within the EU. This is one of the benefits of the EU community (free transport of goods). It would be good to have a look at this as a matter of urgency because it is not professional to demand all this.
