Auth Token is Hard Expired


Does anyone know hot to correct this?  I have Ebay orders but I cant load them into ShipStation because I get this message.  


I found this:


Click on My eBay at the top of this page > Account tab > Site Preferences > Third-party Authorizations > Show


Do you see an authorization for your listing tool there?  Click on the "Revoke this authorization" checkbox for it then click on the Apply button.  Next time you use the listing tool, it should ask you to sign in to generate a Token.


But it does not correct the problemPlease help!

When you updated the Authorization did you also reconfigure the selling channel from inside ShipStation as well? If you did and it is still not working I would recommend reaching out to support as soon as possible to work on this.
