Our webhost is blocking ShipStation because some of their requests are using a bad user-agent. I've brought this issue up with tech support and they told me to post it here and whitelist their domain. Unfortunately the domain they told me to use doesn't map to the IP addresses making the requests.
I'm hoping this will be passed along to the dev team.
