Can't find the CUSTOMS FORMS to print...HELP!

Trying to ship package via UPS from the USA to CHINA.

I got the UPS shipping label to Print fine .

I did fill out the Customs Declaration, however I don't see any PDF to print it.

HELP!!

They are under Other Forms and automatically populates 3 of them. No idea why it's hidden under there instead of listed with all the other forms.
