Anyone else having issues right now?

We are not seeing widespread issues at this time. If you are having login issues, I would highly recommend first clearing your cache and cookies to your browser, or attempting login thru a different browser all together to see if the issue is browser specific. If this does not resolve the behavior you are seeing, please reach out to the Support Team right away! We absolutely want to get you logged back in and operating like normal ASAP!

We too have had UPDATE load delays ( of 40 minutes or more ) since Tuesday ( it's now Friday ). Waiting for reply from support@shipstation.com and have not gotten any solution from our webhosting company ( Shift4Shop ). We have tried all the suggests that are offered by shipstation automated support articles.

I see your post is from back in September, but are you still having issues and if not what helped you?  I started having this issue three weeks ago.  When I hit the insights tab I get a blank white screen.  Then I even have to close out the page and open it back up again to get back into ship station.  I need to be able to get to my insights page for my record keeping.  I have gotten with ship station help desk about it but have not gotten any solution.

Are problem was only with the UPDATE ( download ) of our orders from ecommerce host ( Shift4Shop ),

and no problems with Shipstation it's self. We have had great service for the last 10 years with ShipStation.
