A few weeks ago we started doing an overhaul on our product records in shipstation to utilize more features. This process went pretty smooth except for the fact the advanced product system (Parent/variant) is not functioning as I assumed it would. I opened a support case for it almost 2 months ago with no sense of progress being made.
The specific issue is with the "Inherited Tags" in the variant product records. The parent has tags applied that are not applying to the variants; which is kind of rendering the whole product record system useless!
If anyone has information on how to fix this it would be much appreciated!
