Does ShipStation have a help center for non-US merchants?
Yes! We have unique help centers for every country in which ShipStation is available. This is because the carrier integrations for each country are unique to the country. Our merchants in the UK don't need information about our US-specific carrier integrations. Our merchants in Australia don't need information about our Canada carriers. So, we've built help centers specifically for every country.
As we expand ShipStation to merchants in even more countries, we'll add more help centers. You can click the flag switcher in the help center header to switch from country to country.
Keep in mind, the ShipStation features should work the same for everyone. So, if you need to look up how to use Scan to Verify or create an automation rule, it won't matter which help center you are on. But each country will have country specific integrations articles and some country-specific FAQs, so if you can't find what you are looking for, make sure you are in the right help center for the country your account is based out of.
