Warehouse and Outlets Stock Transfers

Hi,

does anyone have a good workflow for ShipStation when fulfilment occurs from a warehouse but stocks is managed from not just the warehouse, remote outlet stores too?

essentially I want the easiest solution that will manage inventory (we don’t use inventory in ShipStation yet) and tag an order for stock transfer when items aren’t available in the warehouse, we then ideallly want a pick list of JUST the remote outlet items to transfer stock back to the warehouse for fulfilment. 

can anyone advise?

Thank you for your post in the community! After consulting with our support team, they confirmed that your request functionality isn’t currently available with our internal inventory system. Our internal inventory warehouse locations are tied to the "Ship From" location.

 

We recommend contacting support with details about your current inventory management software. They may be able to suggest an alternative inventory software that integrates with ShipStation and could better meet your needs. Let us know if you have any other questions!
