Currently we have to use 2 different shipping software programs to
provide insurance for our customers packages to Brazil. We use
ShipStation as our main program for every shipment except international
shipments to Brazil as Insurance is not availabl...
It would be very helpful if we could email non prepaid shipping labels
for our returns so that the customer will return the item the same way
it was shipped... Which will be the best value for them as well for us
if we decide to credit them.
We currently get between 20-40 alerts to combine orders on any given
day. It would save much time and trouble if you would allow us to just
click combine all!
