we cannot wait for this feature....it's an absolute must. we make our
products to order and being able to notify customers automatically of
their place in that process would be invaluable.
Agree - and if we can send shipping confirmations AND now delivery
confirmations - why can't we email customers about other things like
order status? We offer nearly all custom products and it would be
brilliant to use SS to update customers as their...

go from received to being produced to being received in shipping...it
would save us a ton of customer suppo...
